Myself, my daughter, (Aunt Tricia) and my twin grandkids, Catie and Riley, decided to go to Toy "R"Us after a movie. It wasnt something we had planned, but we all were glad we did go. As my grandkids are 8 years old, they enjoyed checking out the whole store. They took great care in picking out what each of them wanted and they stayed easily in the price ranged they we given. It was a day girls out and once we returned home, they enjoyed showing off what they got to Mom and Dad. Aunt Tricia also found a couple of other toys for the girls. They loved them too. Also, while we were there about 4 birthdays were announced. I think thats makes that person feel pretty special and we enjoyed wishing them a Happy B-day. The store was super clean and bright. The staff was very helpful and while we were looking around, they made sure to ask us if we needed any help. They asked in a pleasant voice and with a smile. We will be sure to return to that store in the future.

My mom was checking out and the lady was so nice and apologize for other staff members being rude ,she said she was new and kept Apologizing that the management would come over to help when our toys r us card wasnt going through the machine for some reason and just walk away they kept walking away from this poor lady and one staff member was even giving her an attitude and being rude to another customer. I couldnt believe it that they treat their employees and customers like that. We left feeling bad for the lady so my mom asked me to go back and offer her a different job with my company but I was told she wasnt there any longer . I dont blame her they treated her badly but if you see this post contact us we have a job for you!

Went there for in store pickup. Experience was not great from customer stand point. I was asked to checkin on the computer which was not very responsive to touch and accurate. Then i was given instruction to go to pickup area which was all the way in the back of the store so i went there which was hard to locate due to lack of prompting signs as everything in store is blue and you cant notice blue board out of everything blue. Waited for 5 mins or so just to find out my pickup is in the front. No clue then why instruct customer to go to pick-up area in the back. Entire experience needs improvement.

Staff is rude, I worked there and customers complained to me about how a few girls had attitudes. They throw you on register and walk away thats how they train you then give you attitude when you need help, they lied to manager saying I cursed when I was the one the customer was complaining to about them. I quit, I cant work with liars and negatively, its high school b.s. Ill just try to take more shifts on at my other job to pay for Christmas, this place isnt worth it. go to another location to work and shop!

They got what you need. But its in the last place youd expect, the staff is sometimes harder to find than the product, and picking the wrong time to go like around a holiday will guarantee a hellish experience, oh and whatever you get for your kid/niece/nephew is probably a waste of money anyway unless you actually took the time to talk to and think about that little nugget of a human and figured out what they really like and may stick with, just a piece of advice for not wasting money while youre here.

Customer service here is generally pretty helpful. They have a good selection for most sections, but their video game area is a little light -- you are probably better off some place else if that is what you are looking to buy. My younger kids love the free balloon and crown on their birthday.

Very large Toys R Us. The layout could be a bit better as it can get a little confusing to find what section you need to be in. Word of caution though, if you can help it, dont go during the holiday shopping season. It is NUTS.
