If i could give less i would. I was inside to pick up a prescription and stood waiting for help while the girl worked the drive thru... after the 6th car pulled up and still no help for me i thought i would buy my other stuff up front then go to the drive thru too.... 5 mins standing up front w no cashier i decided to leave everything there. I got my meds in the drive thru and will never ever ever be back in that one again.

The store is great but the pharmacy unreal! The drive thur wait is ridiculous and even the wait inside! Ive dropped my meds off ahead of time and have come back hours later when I was told to pick up, not ready. Had to wait another 15-20 mins! Ive even spoken to the area store manager and she said give us time were looking at hiring new people, well months later no better. Very frustrating!

Called around 4:00 pm on a Friday to make sure they got the script from Dr. They told me yes but it would not be ready until after 8:00 pm. I show up at 8:30 and they tell me that they do not have enough to fill the order and I have to come back on Monday. Very Poor service from this store, takes forever to get through on phone and it always takes hours to fill a script.

I really hate when I have to use this Rite Aid. Ive never used a pharmacy thats so unorganized and SLOW. Doesnt matter if you go inside or use the drive thru, this pharmacy is painful and the employees are in serious need of some time management training and customer service skills.

I was told my prescription would be ready in 30 minutes.. I come back90 minutes later and told it will take another 2 hours. And they told me i was wrong they did not tell me 30 minutes. But still 3 and a half hours. Wal mart does it in 20. The staff was rude.

This place is lame . They have mixed up my wifes medicine a handful of times over the years . Once my wife had an overdose reaction and was in a confused state for days

Slow and lazy!!!! I have never had such a worse experience in a pharmacy before. The worst part is that i have to go there at least 3 times a week!!
