I dont like being followed around anywhere. I was asked three times by an employee if I was okay within 2 minutes. I finally had to say to another employee that your store is located in a black community and unfortunately its common knowledge that we get a more intense suspicious eye but we dont like being followed around like thieves. The employee, Shai, expressed that it was her job to follow me around. The fact that they instruct her to do so is terrible and I am disgusted. Asking once or twice u understand but asking a third time in a less than 2 minutes is over kill especially, when you already have cameras. We spend a lot of money on hair care and are made to feel uncomfortable. I never had a problem coming here but I would be more than happy to make the trip to another beauty supply store or Cosmoprof where I can get professional products and tools below the extremely high price of retail.
