UNHAPPY ME

DO NOT BUY THIS HAIR!!!! BIG MISTAKE......I bought non-processed brazilian deep wavy hair from here 3 1/2 weeks ago. One pack costed me $149 and the 2nd packed costed me $97. The hair was very pretty when I first put it in. 4 days later the hair was dry so I put a tiny bit of oil on it and ever since then the hair matted up. This is the worst hair ever!! It dreads up as soon as I comb it, I look like a lion. I went into the store yesterday to tell them about their poor product and the Asian lady say "Oh no you shouldnt put oil in it" I said well did you tell me that when I purchased it?" and it certainly doesnt say that on the pack...She just had this dumb look on her face....I beleive the hair was syntheic. They say the store bought hair is not the way to go. DO NOT BUY HAIR FROM HERE!!!!

I went to purchase a human wet n wavy wig for 314.00 which they said was a sale for me. Got home never took it out to wear it that day but the next day i did. Wore the wig and and i was running my comb through it and it became tangles after 1 hr of wear so i decided mabe it needs a wash so, i did just that and the disaster started. Now i have had many wigs and i know how to care for my wigs the proper way. So i brushed it then washed it and and it completely went in a messy messed up ball of junk, i dont know how it could have turned into such a mess after a correct waah i was so hurt. Called the store and they said to me the manager waa not in and that they could not exchange my wig but i could come speak to the manager tomorrow, lets see how this goes either that or court.

Ta-Von: I love this store. GREAT Quality hair at a great price. Im an Indian hair remy wearing woman,lol. lOve it!! I also wear Malaysian and Brazilian hair. I Will not go to any other beauty shop for hair. Everything that I have bought from this beauty supply store has been great. I love their excellent customer service, the guys are amaZing. The store is always emaculate. Ive only had to return two things and each time was a breeze.They exchanged my product in the same condition as I bought with no problem. They always offer assistance with help around the store. I am a VIP membership customer who travels from Annapolis. Great reward perks and savings every month!!! Keep up the good work guys and gals and youll have me as a customer for life!!!

I had a horrible experience with this store. I filed a complaint with BBB to which they would not respond. I am currently filing a complaint with the Consumer Protection Bureau. I spent nearly $400.00 during 1 visit. I simply asked for a refund of $127.00 because I bought too much hair. I have been ignored and really, disrespected. They are happy to take our money, but show no care or concern for customer appreciation. It is a shame that we, black women have to be treated with so little respect. You take our money, but could care less about us. We need to wake up to this type of indifference. It has been 4 months and I am still waiting to hear from the manager, owner or who ever have the power to address this problem.

This a great store. Huge with a wide selection of wigs, hair, and beauty products. The customer service is wonderful. I was having differculty deciding which type to get. Two young men, Tae Ko and Isaac were extremly helpful and patient with me. Tae Ko worked/ waited on me for at least an hour, finding the hair I wanted. Isaac was able talk me through the different hair types. In the end I left the store satisfied with my purchase. I also found out that the hair I bought was on sale for the internet price I previously saw it for. Also, the store has a buying points program so, if you buy a lot of beauty supplies, it will pay off. I highly recommend a visit to this store, you will not be disappointed.

Dumb store policy. Max wig try on of 5. After that you have to buy another $1 wig cap. I talked to the person at the register who said it was for hygiene reasons...yeah, sure. So if 5 people try on the same wig, do you replace said wig with a new one? Lost a $200 sale over ridiculous policy. I wouldve understood if it was a state mandated policy, but its only a store policy. Decent customer service for a beauty supply. Clean and well stocked. When policy is changed Ill return.

Today was my first time coming to this beauty store and need to say customer service was excellent. I was very indecisive and hesitant until I met an employee by the name of Karissa Carson. Not only did she helped me around the store but she gave me her opinion on what type of hair style she thought look good on me and made me feel more comfortable about purchasing it. I am definitely coming back!

I frequent this store fairly regularly & Im always pleased with customer service. The selection is sometimes a bit lacking but its much better with the larger space! Most recently, I purchased some natural clip in hair extensions for my wedding. I was concerned that they only had 1 or 2 options to choose from at the time but they turned out absolutely beautiful for only $100!

Wide selection. Great variety. Great customer service. I never go anywhere else to find hair products. Other beauty stores feel cramp, congested, and unorganized, but this one is well kept and has wide isles. I always find the natural products I need for my skin and hair. Always clean and always have discounts on selected products and hair. This is the only beauty store I shop I would have gave 5 stars if they had a better return policy (if u buy it its yours). They also have a membership program u can join for free and u get points even time u shop and u can use those points as cash.

Ive bought my wigs from multiple places in the city but beauty 4u in catonsville is by far my favorite! the ladies there are so nice and patient...they also have a wide selection that always changes and if they dont have what im looking for they will order it for me. Id recommend this place to anyone!!

Great selection and good customer service. The only thing I would change is the music selection. They often blast profanity laced hip hop. I often go in with my young children so its disturbing. I think slow temp R&B or jazz would greatly improve the ambiance and show more respect for their clientele.

the wigs people are not the same when they started..these new ones are okay but the first ones were awesome..the tracks area chick is nice and the guys are chill..over all its a nice place
