Avoid this place. Most of their workers are just lazy. My mother and I and another customer were patiently waiting to checkout for like 5 minutes, keep in mind this place was not busy whatsoever. There were two girls at a counter next to registers talking, they didnt look like they worked there but until I started looking for someone to ring us up one of them asked "oh are you ready" .... no we just wanted to stand in a line in front of the register for our health. Then she came over and gave us attitude as we were checking out, THREW my moms stuff in her bag and just gave terrible customer service. Meanwhile her friend, who also worked there was jus plucking her eyebrows at the counter. Both had terrible attitudes. Just terrible experience in general. So unprofessional. Theres a hair store right across the street and they are 100xs nicer and more helpful.

HORRIBLE customer service!!! I purchased a necklace/earring set for a gift and 3 days after I bought it..2 of the bigger stones fell out!!! Luckily this is before I gave it to my friend for her birthday gift! So I took it back to the store for an exchange or credit and was told that I couldnt get either!!! $40 for some junk that fell apart in 3 days and they refused!!! I wont ever shop here again..I feel like if this was a white neighborhood I would have been treated differently!!! Spread the word, dont spend your money here!!!!!

I cannot believe this place. I just called today 11/17/2010. I asked about their Janet collection. I asked if they carried it, of course they transferred me to someone who knew the answer. This woman told me they had it and to come in and look at it. I told her i knew what it looked like and asked her the price per bundle, She had a NERVE to tell me (the customer) that she couldnt tell me the price over the phone! WTF really? Oh i replied because you all are crooks adn rip people off thats why.

I dont understand why people have a problem. I have been to dozens of beauty stores and this is the best by far in variety and price. It makes sense that they song tell their prices over the phone it could be a competitor calling and they are always doing specials on high quality hair. I only wear Indian but ive taken plenty of friends their to get the latest specials.

I bought the all purpose honey wax from them for almost 3 years. This time the wax I got was fake.it doesnt take the hair out at all.Its like $10.99 for a small wax bottle. The wax is really sift and stays on your skin. I let it sit for 2 hrs to get thick again .it never got thick again. I wouldnt recommend this store and there products to anyone.

I LOVE this Beauty 4 U store in security square mall. Because for many reasons: 1) The store is BIG and CLEAN. 2) Staff were sooo nice and helpful. 3) They have EVERYTHING in the store including Janet collection brazilian bundle bombshell, Alexander remi, etc. 4) And its awesome and I will go visit again, and again, and again.

Absolutely love this store. I travel from Sykesville to this store every two weeks for my beauty care needs. Always have what you need in stock, great variety, huge CLEAN store. I Loveeeeeeeeee their loyalty customer program, I save on every purchase. The best in town!

Unfortunately the cashiers suck, not friendly or inviting at all. The store itself is fully stocked and organized and have a wide variety of products, but the customer service sucks. I probably wont frequent this beauty supply any longer.
