This was the worst experience and not because they didnt have what I was looking for they are stocked up. the staff are too personal and rude. I walked in today 8/29/15 to get some hair products. I went in with my two children ages 2 years and 8 months. The woman helping me seemed too interested in trying to take my daughter out my arms and talking to my son then helping me. I thanked her for saying they are pretty children but it was a little much. When I got ready to leave the guy that checked me out asked if they were really my children and that he needed proof. That was so racist and rude. Then I over heard someone say oh there mixed and I said no there father isnt white. It was just too much. I get a lot of stares and looks because of how my children look but when Im in a business I expect a professional experience and I didnt get that. It was the reverse racism as my husband said. How dare I have pretty children. I shouldnt have to feel the need to break down my whole DNA make up to explain why they look the way they do. I am utterly appalled and disgusted.

I would give no stars if I could this store is the most rudest and racist store I have ever been in. I am 20 years old and I am in college I stoped at the hair store to get some hair products and the people who was walking the floor followed me every aisle in the place! Eveytime I walked to one aisle they would be at the top of it acting like their doing something dont know if its because Im black or if its because I look young but either way I felt offended. Second time in the store I was with my bestfriend and the same thing happens to me again. Their following me around the store and now their asking for my bag to be held at the counter. I dont like this store. I have a job no reason to steal. They dont know how to deal with the public. They dont consider anyones feelings.

This is the worst store ever.this is the store I av been buying from all these years until this day 12/26/15.i walked in de store with my little children. 10 minutes later de guy came to me nd said if my kids mess up anything, I will pay for it. U said ok.he back nd said mom ur kids r still touching stuff so u can either walk dem out of de store or u leave de store. I swear, , I was in tears. Just de shock of it made me cry. I knew dey av been rude sometimes but never tot dey were this rude.i av never been embarrassed in my life like dat.i am never going to dat store to spend a dime in der.dey will loose all customers if dey continue like dis cz der are so many beauty stores now.i will prefer going to an expensive store .

This is hands down my favorite beauty supply store. 1. Customer service is good. The staff is knowledgable, eager to help, English speaking and not pushy. Great staff. 2. The variety is crazy. They have everything, every brand you could ever want at your local bbs. 3. GREAT PRICES!!!! Hands down. Lic cosmetologist and spend a good 4hrs a week beauty supply shopping and this is my go to bss. BONUS they have great raw virgin hair, closures and frontal that are very good -hair by Sasha.

Great beauty supply store, big selection of wigs & various brand of weave as well as a private room with raw hair that is exactly great freaking 7A hair. This hands down is the best hair store in Philly. Even the employees were on point with helping me find the wig & hair products I was looking for. Also they have no problem doing deals but most importantly they let you try on the wigs & cut the lace for free. Im truly impressed by the selection & service here! Thanks guys

This beauty supply store is my favorite. Its huge, nice and clean. As soon as I walk in, I am greeted and asked if i need help. If I need help the employees know exactly where to find whatever I am looking for. Its loaded with products of all types. And while at checkout they are sure to make sure I found what I was looking for.

I will never shop here again! Every appliance Ive bought from these people is defective. I bought a curling iron. It got so hot it would literally burn your hair off in one second. They gave me a hassle when I tried to exchange it. I get the second one home and it didnt work at all! How do you run a business like this?
