Great customer service! Very knowledgeable of products. I went to a nearby hair supply store. It took forever for someone to help me and when she did, she was not knowledgeable of crochet hair products. She pointed me in the direction where I could possibly find something. I was lost as to where to find what I need and exactly what I needed. I walked out of that store & into Bella Crown. As soon as I walked into Bella Crown, I was greeted and asked how could I be helped. I explained what I was looking for & was taken to the item. I got a verbal and visual (online) overview of the hair. Im so glad that someone was there to advise and explain exactly what I needed. Thank you Bella Crown!
