They are the worst in customer service horrible People the owners are horrible with such disgusting attitude please dont buy stuff from them ..my wife bought a weave and got the wrong color so I decided to go back there with her very next day to do an exchange ,the weave was still very much intact in its original packet never opened got there the Asian owners were really rude accused us of messing up the hair that the weave is rough etc and that we couldnt exchange it we argued for a while I just decided to leave the hair and my money $67 with them and walked away till date they have everything I just couldnt be bothered they have a very rotten attitude there ....

They have the WORST customer service skills. I was in line, the cashier assisted the customer in front of me and when she was done...she looked me dead in the face and told me I had to go to the other register because she was done. Left that polish and never went back. They will never get a dime from me.
