Sally is usually my go-to chain for all my hair needs. But last time I was there, the cashier was incredibly rude to my mom. My mom had asked a perfectly reasonable question regarding a certain ingredient of a product. The cashier didnt know the answer, but rather than just saying that, she caught an attitude and condescended to my mother. Im not overly concerned about the fact that she didnt know the answer - shes human. She cant know everything. But I AM concerned about the fact that she had such a bad attitude about a perfectly reasonable question, and instead of saying "I dont know, thats a good question. Ill look into that," she tried to make a customer feel stupid for asking a question. It makes me wonder what other kinds of BS answers she and/or other employees have been giving to customers with who had valid questions. It makes me not trust the supposed knowledge of her and the other people who work there. Ill probably still shop at Sally Beauty, but definitely not this particular chain.

After comparing prices between a few local beauty supply stores and Sally Beauty, I decided to support this chain. The location is close to me and I love how theyve expanded the natural hair care section. Prices are great, especially wth sales and the beauty club. I get both my nail care and hair care for me and my daughter.

I havent even gotten in the store and they lose two stars. How are you scheduled to open at 9am, but stroll up singing and humming at 9:15a. Shouldnt you be there earlier to open on time.

On Saturdays they close at 5:00 now not 6:00 I went up there and didnt know anything about this. Why would they decide to change their hours with out letting anyone know
