Called here last month about a product and the young lady was pleasant. The times Ive been here the workershhave been pleasant. Today not only was a worker on the phone and loud, she was rude. The other cashier rushed everyone who was shopping and had an attitude when she rang up my order. I wont be returning. Ill either order online or drive further for better service. This is the closest store that has beauty products for black women and its been ruined by a team that cant get along and brings their personal issues to work.

They have a lot of good things and many reduced products but the employees keep watching your almost evry move and ask what your doing as if your planning to steal, and theyre a bit rude .

The store hours for Saturday states 9am to 8pm. Im here now and it 9:14am. The door is locked. Not professional at all.
