I recently visited this store on 9/28/12 Amongst my purchase was a 5.99 container of Jel/Gel and two packs of hair thats 5.99 for three. Today 10/3/12 I checked my debit card purchases and in my disbelief Penn Beauty charged my card the amount of 70.57. I walked outside to call the manager to inform him and allow him the benefit of human error, her choice not to accept the responsibility of what has happened, he told me to notify the police. I am outraged and will never shop at this location again let alone use a credit/debit card at such establishments.

Worst store ever. Dont give prices over the phone in the 20th century. Not good customer service and horrible return policy. Prices are higher than a lot of neighboring supply stores. Shop around and avoid!
