I should have read the rude remarks before I step foot into this place. While I understand the feeling of counting down to closing time, in the customer service industry thats not the first thing you say to a customer. This place supposedly closes at 9pm but apparently they shut down the registers at 8:55p . Therefore they dont close at 9pm they close at 8:55p . And thats what should be posted on the door. Instead they have cashiers who say we close our registers down in 7min a soon as you walk in the door instead of how may I help you.

Extremely horrible customer service! Catherine is the worst! Not only is she yelling at customers about that she is closing in trn minutes, not once did she or her associate offer help you find the products customers were looking for. Take your money elsewhere. Go to Luxe Beauty Supply instead! At least they have better customer service.

This is the worst supply store i have been to. The staff is atrocious. & on a Sunday with gospel playing overhead, you would think they would b pleasant. 1 out of the 4 employees there was pleasant&useful.
