Ive spent a few hundred dollars on Beauty 4 U wigs. I have a specific style and Ive purchased enough wigs that I dont tend to try them on. Its backfired before: I brought a terrible color once and that sucked since I know Beauty 4 U has a no return policy. This time, I purchased a wig in the style and color I love. I tried on the dark brown display wig and decided I wanted red/wine. Beauty 4 U pulled out the package from their cabinets and the color the model was wearing was ombre (light on the top to dark brown on the bottom). Inside was the red/wine colored wig I wanted. I paid, left, went home, and tried it on. Theres an immediate problem: the wig was red on the left and wine on the right. Straight down the middle! Half and half. Not blended. Not a style. Not like the picture. Not like the wig I tried on. Not even a stylish way you would wear your hair. It was clearly a manufacturer defect. So I took it back. I was told several times that the wig was made like that: half bright red and half dark wine down the middle. No matter how many times I explained "manufacturer defect," 3 sales people and 1 manager told me the same thing: the wig was made this way and it must be correct. 4 people couldnt apply logic and reasoning. I even asked for them to show me another wig like this in their collection, but they said: "no, we dont sell wigs like this....." After talking to 4 people, i realized they were all taught to respond the same way to an customer issue: say its ok and deny a obvious problem. So I left. Ill follow up with the manufacturer. One thing I learned: Beauty 4 U marked the wig up by 200%! My wig was $68 in the store. I checked the manufacturers site and its $35 online!...Ive definitely spent a few hundred in this store over the last year and I was completely ripped off. I wont shop here again.

Worst place came to do an exchange and the short guy danny who claims to b the store manager was rude and would not help the situation then wen employee tried to help find transaction her pulled her to the side an told her not to help he has the worst service and calls himself a manager wont shop here ever again treat ur customers wit respect b4 u loose all of them telln all friends and fam dont shop here

HORRIBLE HORRIBLE HORRIBLE COSTUMER SERIVICE! They put signs up for disconted prices and when you go to check out its a different story. The store manager Danny is a rude prick. They have no appreciation for their costmers, you would think since us costumers are spending money in their store they would have better costumer service.

I freaken love this place. Not only do they have any hair you want, but the products as well. They have different color from different places all over the world. This is your one stop shop. You dont have to go to any other place, but here. Love this place. Not enough stars to give this place.

Great selection of hair products. You can find almost any popular hair products for black hair care on the market at this Beauty 4 U. They were very helpful and kind. The price is higher for wigs and weave but their selection is excellent and organized.

The entrance is directly across from the McDonalds they are both next to each other and used to be the old Circuit City building on Branch Avenue they do guarantee good prices on hair care products
