Hands down my favorite beauty supply store. Been patronizing this company for well over a decade abs I travel 25 minutes cross town, padding over many other stores on the way. They have a large variety of wigs, weaves, hair products and skin care. They also have an awesome loyalty program that allows you to earn and use cash back immediately. The v staff is always nice and helpful. I love it

They have a large variety of products and hair to choose from. The best part for me is the credit you can earn toward your next peurchase as a member. I had bought 8 packs of hair and didnt realize I had $5 in credit so that was a good holiday surprise :-)...Lastly I find every time I go the staff is knowlegable and helpful.

They have a large product supply of everything beauty and hair. Can get help if you ask but its only offered if you are browsing near products behind the counter. Prices are above average for some products. Shea Moisture products are an example. Facility could use some updating and carpet cleaning.

The staff I find to be very helpful with products that may not be on the shelf. They have gone to the back to see if they had product. They are pleasant and the store is cleaned. I have often been asked if I needed assistance in finding something. They often have sells as well which is a plus.

Large selection of products, some are heavily priced over drugstore and/or online prices. I was charged twice for a product, but didnt realize until I guy home. Staff seems unengaged and disconnected from its patrons.

Great place for hair accessories and wigs. Prices are good mostly inexpensive to very expensive Indian and Brazilian hair. Store is a bit cluttered over crowded. Staff is fairly helpful.
