As a salon owner and licensed cosmetologist, I definitely DO NOT recommend this store. This store is probably the most over priced store in Baltimore/Maryland. The amount that these scammers charge for their hair and products is not worth it. Please take head. Do not get taken advantage of.

Changing Minds
Horrible customer service. Went there this evening to buy hair and I needed assistance which the young lady was unwilling to give. Prices are tripled that of other stores... I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS STORE TO PATRON. One star was too much.
