I recommend this location to anyone who has a cell phone. The owner, Adam, prides himself on customer service. Sam and Gary followed in his example and literally could not do enough to meet my needs. I had to reset a replacement cell phone from Assurion and they made sure that everything was perfect. They spent a great deal of time with me, as well as with other customers, and did not charge for their services. I will certainly purchase my future phones and equipment from this site, and I will encourage my family and friends to do likewise. They deserve the business.

This place rocks!! Ive been a loyal customer for over 9 years and have never left disappointed. In a time when customer service is almost nonexistent, it is refreshing when you visit a store that still believes in it. Adam and his staff take all the time necessary to walk you through any problem and or purchase without a hitch. As an owner of a small business myself, Ive always appreciated discovering independent stores that do business the way I try to. I highly recommend wireless zone. Worth the trip.

This is the greatest wireless store Ive ever visited. They had everything I wanted, were completely well versed, and very easy to deal with. Im particularly grateful because I have had SO MANY unhappy experiences with the big corporate wireless stores where I get little attention. Im now fully equipped with a blackberry device with all the features I wanted, the headset, belt clip etc and it was a better deal than anywhere else. So, the point is, it is HIGHLY RECOMMENDED to go to this store.

This is the ONLY Verizon store in Center City to shop at -- South Street. The stores in the 1100 and 1700 blocks of Market are really, really bad esp 1700. Manager Adam Anolik on South Street is incredibly first rate. So is his Asst. Ben. Adam also manages the Verizon store in the 900 Block of Walnut. Adam has so much knowledge and helps you find the the best deal for whatever you are in the market for. Put these two shops at the top of your Verizon Wireless list.

I was ready for an upgrade while passing by Wireless Zone. I walked in, and was greeted right away. The service was very personable and honest. Adam isnt out to get you to buy the most expensive stuff, hell tell you whats good and whats bad, what to watch out for, and help you set up anything you dont understand. He even set up my e-mail on my new Blackberry Pearl! I will go back for anything i need for my cell phone, and you should do the same!

While not technically a "Verizon" store, Verizon is what they sell. Ive had so many bad experiences in the corporate stores (waiting around forever when they pay people to greet you who should be HELPING you instead). Well, not here! These guys have great products, they know what theyre talking about, and most importantly, they deliver fantastic customer service. Stop by here for all things wireless!

Wilson was unbelievable. Called me on my cell spoke to me when he was off work - was a great all around experience. He gave me complete month to month breakdowns of how my payments would change and basically showed me what "they dont want you to know". It was a great experience with this store for an overall brutal experience with Verizon trying to track down a new phone.

We have been going to this location since it opened . The owner, Adam and his staff are exceptionally knowledgeable, helpful, patient and truly go out of their way. Most recently Alex assisted us and even made a follow up phone call to see how we were managing with our new devices. We would never go anyplace else , since this is the ultimate in customer service.

This is hands down the best customer service I have received ever in any store. This is how youre supposed to run a business. They know how to make customers happy. Went in got all my questions answered left with 2 new upgrades. These guys are so good they could have robbed me blind and I would have still gave 5 stars.

These guys go above and beyond. Theyre nice, personable, and extremely knowledgeable. I have been in there several times over the past few years, great experience every time. They even helped entertain my incredibly squirmy 1-year old last night! If you live nearby, its a no-brainer. If you dont, its worth the trip.

I had Ben and Dave help my wife get a smartphone and get the info on the new phone. They stayed after hours to make sure she had everything and were courteous and helpful. They went above and beyond. I would not have been surprised if they walked across water to heal an injured swan. They were that helpful.

These guys are the best. Helpful, courteous and down to earth. If youre a Verizon customer, go see them. Even if youre not a Verizon customer and youre having a problem, go see them, they might be able to help out or direct you to a cheap alternative that works just as well.

This is the only place you should be going for help with Verizon in Philadelphia. My man Ben was incredibly helpful, and did everything he could to help me with my old, dead phone. Worlds above past experiences with the corporate Verizon stores.
