My experience at this Verizon Location was exceptional, above and beyond, and very pleasant to say the least. Krystal Kulyeshie was very friendly by keeping me occupied in conversation while I waited for the manager of the store, Dylan Shively, to come and assist me with my dilemma. My situation was the fact that I could not get the pictures off of my phone and onto my laptop. He emailed them to myself, but to our avail, it would take hours because of the amount of photos that I have on my phone. He suggested that I bring in my laptop and well work on the situation together. I did that. Come to find out, it was my cord that needed to be replaced. We transferred the pictures with a cord that the store had in no time at all and then after that, I purchased a new cord and threw the old one away. From that point on, the rest is history to say the least. He did not let me leave until all of my concerns were addressed. He even sold me on a phone which unfortunately I can not get until around April. Hes the BEST MANAGER OF THAT STORE YET!!!! I hope to see him and Krystal there in April when I return. Even before April if I have any concerns, I hope either one of them can help me. On a scale of 1 to 10, 10 being above average, they get a 10!!!! Thanks again to Dylan and Krystal. Above and Beyond!!! I went in because I when I visit family in the area I have NO SERVICE for days at a time with T-Mobile. I walked in and was invited to sit down by Dylan who was taking care of a customer. Just as I sat down Lea bounded in with her bubbly energy ready to take care of me. She sat across the desk from me and she was two feet higher. I commented on how psychologically in a sales position that puts her at an advantage. And we all laughed because she said she knew it and that why she hunched down all day. In addition to having no service in the area, I was paying for my late husbands stolen phone. My concern was I didnt want to lose his messages to me. She didnt go so far as to guarantee me the messages would be transferred over but when they popped up on my new phone I was overjoyed. Then Dylan stepped in to remove the magnet mount off my old phone, put it on my new phone and tried to get my text message reader in my car to work. When I was in the store they asked me what Id rate them. I said 9 out of 10. But when Dylan walked into the parking lot to help...10 out of 10. Above and Beyond!! Verizon invest in some better chairs!!! These guys are keepers!!!

Sales manager Dylan Shively assisted me today in the purchase of my new S8+. Dylan was very personable and assured me on every question I had. He remained patient when I asked the same question about the phone because I was weary of changing phones. I didnt feel rushed or pressured when his shift was over at 6pm and it was already almost 7, and that resulted in a satisfactory experience. I will be spreading the word about this Verizon store location and Manager Shivelys helpful assistance. The new phone, phone case, and screen protector were all money well spent. Customer service like that goes a long way and I will surely be back for further business.

Dylan was great, and was really helpful and fast in assisting me with the purchase of my new iPhone. We figured out how to get our family package unlimited data plan set up, I was able to get my new phone, and all of it was done in about 30 minutes. It was such a super easy process, and I got a phone case and screen protector. Thanks to Dylan for advertising that Verizon had unlimited data, and messaging me via Facebook Messenger, it allowed us to set up a time for me to come in and talk to him and get the ball rolling. Super happy with my customer experience, and Ill be returning in the future.

The moment I walked into the store Melanie was very curtious and informative. Coming from someone who has no type of knowledge with technology. Melanie was very patient with me and explained everything step by step. Also entered the store phone number into my contacts if i have any questions. Melanie did not try to outsell me. She only sold me the gadget I would be most comfortable with using, as well as mister Dylan. They were both very detailed and helpful. We are coming back next month for the pastor to purchase the galaxy s8!

I want to report that I had the best Verizon experience that Ive ever had. Im from the Pittsburgh area, came to East Stroudsburg to visit my daughter and had to get all info switched to a different phone. Rickey Barbo was the the most informative person that Ive ever come in contact with at any Verizon stores. He had quite a mess with my phones. His expertise and patience was absolutely incredible. I cant say enough about this employee. He is A++++. Thanks so much for the wonderful experience.

Hello, my day started out high stress....my cell died. Being a nurse my phone is a necessity. Rickey was fantastic, he helped my with a lot of patience ...helped to switch my plan , move me onto a new phone and began my setup knowing Id be returning later in the day.This was an extremely stressful day, I returned as promised Dylan and Rickey are great at what they do ! Customer service is wonderful....Great service.....they get a 5 star rating ....Good choice hiring these guys

Had a great experience at this Verizon store. Dylan was awesome and knowledgeable. He is an asset to the Verizon team. I have bought some accessories there because he showed me what they did. No other Verizon store has ever done that. This is the only Verizon store that welcomes you when you walk in and asks immediately if they can help you. I will let my friends know what a great 5 star experience I had there. I will be retuning for all of my phone needs. Thank you Dylan.

Dylan Shively WAS AMAZING!!! He switched my number over to my new phone...the best part of this experience was that he updated my entire phone... that would have taken me days if I had to do it on my own. IF HE EVER LEAVES THE STORE I WILL NOT RETURN. SUPER HELPFUL, KNOWLEDGEABLE, AND EXTREMELY PLEASANT. This was by the far the best experience Ive had with a representative....HE IS A KEEPER AND DESERVES TO BE PRAISED ON A DAILY BASIS....NOT TO MANY DYLANS OUT THERE.

I went to Verizon with my iPhone not letting me update it, instead of just fixing my phone, lea brought to my attention i was due for an upgrade. So in total i was able to fix my problem on my old iphone plus walk out the store with a new iphone 7 plus! Along with fixing my old phone and setting me up with a new phone lea & kryrstal were able to transfer my information from phone to phone so I didnt lose anything. They were so nice & helpful made it super easy !
