Horrible customer service. I have insurance on my phone, and after 1 year needed to use the service which I am charged for every month. However they now inform me, that they company that provides their insurance they are having an issue with and cannot provide the insurance. The fact that they are having an issue with them some how became my problem. I asked the person there Rich the following "So I am being charged for a service that I basically no longer have" His response, "No thats not correct. You still have the service" So I then replied "So I have a service that I pay for but I cannot use" He says "Yes thats correct" I responded, "And this makes sense to you??" I couldnt believe it but he said "Yes that makes sense to me. Its out of our hands" Horrible customer service and Im still trying to figure out how this guy believes this makes sense. I am paying for a service that I cannot use. Love verizon but stay away from this particular branch.

I used this store several years ago and was not pleased with my experience. However, Ive used them again recently and they have a new manager, Nick Singh, who has turned the place around. I had a very good experience with them this time.

Justin Redfield was extremely helpful in giving my mom a great deal and putting her on an unlimited plan for cheaper. He cut her a break with her bill and upgraded her phone. He was very nice and mannerly. A great store and salesman!
