I stopped in one evening to get help backing up my iPhone 6S and restoring that backup to my new iPhone 7. 2 guys were working there, no other customers. I explained the problem I was having and the more senior guy, who never got up from his desk, said "you expect me to use the same software that you couldnt get working to produce different results?" Then he said "I need your iCloud username and password, and an hour, but I dont expect to be successful." The guy was rude and unprofessional, completely unhelpful, and actually insulted me. I walked out and went to the new Sprint store behind the Red Robin on 611 (near the Walmart) and walked out happy in 20 mins.

Before Change Saved Clothing Co.

Needed a new battery for my Samsung Galaxy S3. Went in to see if they had any replacements. Fortunately the one guy working there said he had spares in the drawer right beside him, but for a spare battery he would have to charge " $50-60".....The phone isnt even worth that much. Replacement batteries online only go for no more than $20 retail at most. Just ordered one from B&h for $16.00.

I was having major problems with my battery life. Armand dealt with it quickly, and taught me a few tricks ti help me troubleshoot , and get the most out of my phone battery. Hes always polite and helpful. John remembered me from a previous location, and was also quite helpful ...took care of my phone replacement when I was in the hospital, and had to send a friend in to do the exchange.
