Dealing with most large corporations is quite often tedious and frustrating. However, my experience with Doylestown Verizon Wireless stands out as the polar opposite. I visited the store twice within a week, first to discuss telephone upgrades and then yesterday to actually complete this transaction. On both occasions I was assisted by Sales Rep David Rivera who provided me with clear, concise information regarding my telephone choices, plan options, and the related pricing. He was able to answer all my questions, offer advice and make appropriate suggestions. At the close of our purchase yesterday he made sure that both my wife and I understood how our new phones worked and that they were totally functional. From beginning to end, a satisfying experience. Weve had some bad experiences in the past with other Verizon stores so we thought wed give the new Doylestown Verizon a try. In a recent visit they were instrumental in helping us upgrade a damaged iPhone when another store basically told us we were flat out of luck. Wait times for assistance were shorter than we were accustomed to (about 5 minutes), and they had newer phones in-stock. I HATE feeling like Im getting the run-around with cellphone providers but I didnt get that feeling at Doylestown Verizon. If your current Verizon outlet has been letting you down, give them a try.

Ive been a Verizon customer for 25 years...and this was by far the best retail experience Ive had with the company. Evan is wonderful; knowledgeable, friendly and helpful. Im at the Verizon store in Doylestown and my experience here with Eric has been the best I was so uneasy about other experiences But Eric has been wonderful and I will never switch from my Verizon phone to T-Mobile with somebody else wanted me to do but Eric has been so wonderful Im I will always come back to see Eric he needs a raise that means money more money
