My Samsung would not charge nor would it be recognized by a PC. They replaced the charging port twice, and didnt fix the problem. I even bought and gave them my own part that they didnt return. Since they didnt fix the phone, I expected a refund but got a runaround. As an electrical engineer who did my own tests on the phone, battery & charger, and have deep knowledge of how the phone is designed, I know that virtually everything they told me was wrong. They have very very little knowledge of how phones work. I d give them negative stars if that was an option. I wouldnt trust them to do even the simplest of repairs.

These folks were fantastic. Michael responded to my price quote inquiry and follow-up questions within minutes and kept me updated about the status of the part that needed to be ordered for my 2nd generation motorola x. On the day when I brought my phone in for repair, he estimated the repair would take an hour but was done in 30 min. Their waiting room is clean and comfortable with a work space, secure guest wifi and complimentary coffee, and their price to fix my cracked screen was significantly lower than surrounding services. Fast, professional and painless - I highly recommend them.

After my older model laptop died, I feared the worst: that I would have to spend a lot to just get it back running again (and most likely with all of my files lost). After a recommendation from my dad, I decided to check out We Fix Phones N More. Not only was my laptop back up and running within 3-4 days, but my files were saved, Windows updated, and an updated version of MS Office installed...and best of all, it wasnt expensive! For a grad student, that last bit is KEY. Thank you again!

Terrible experience! They charged me $140 to fix a screen and put in a new battery. The battery was swollen and then started to swell again with the battery that they put in. I took it to apple and they replaced the whole phone for less than half that price. Should have never went to this store. Direct to apple is the way to go because these people will upcharge you for new phones and fixes on phones that really cant be fixed! Never again will I go there.

Mr. Michael Weiss and his crew run one of the most pleasant shops in the area, plus they are extremely helpful! My laptops charger unfortunately seemed destroyed, but Michael took the time to tell me what the problem was, what he would end up doing, and let me know how much it cost, and for a very reasonable price! He is professional and an honest businessperson, invaluable in todays tech world.

While they were able to replace the screen on an s7 edge the phone just doesnt work the same. The back wont stay on cause they tried to reuse the glue instead of putting new adhesive on. The vibration is really loud like something is loose, the battery wont hold a charge ect. Wishing I would have just used the money it cost to get a replacement phone. $400 and it isnt even right.

Great guys, quick turn on repairs too! My 8 year old destroyed my ipad air screen... I read some reviews on here, drove over and 2 hours later they called me and it was done!!! Not to mention at least 30 dollars cheaper than other local shops from the quotes i got! Taking my S7 there next week for camera lens crack, thanks Michael!

Michael at we fix phones and more is a really nice guy and they did a great job on my galaxy s 7. The glass and lcd was smashed. After researching all the phones places in the area they were the best price. They also proved to be the best service. Thank you guys! I really didnt want to lose my pictures on my phone.

Excellent and honest service. I brought an iPad in that wasnt charging. Ran some diagnostics and kept it overnight to try and charge again. They figured out that I wasnt using the right charging cord. Sent me on my way with no charge.
