Horrible customer service put on a new LCD screen lost the port that help keep the phone water proof when I bought it to their attention the person claimed that they didnt remember seeing one gave me all kinds of excuses finally after being consistent and arguing three weeks later got the part the same day my love screen was replaced so I thought while looking it over I discovered the lady screen wasnt glued down Im talking mid October took the phone back showed the problem and was told he couldnt help me because they dont have the adhesive the factory use so he could sale me a phone case that would cover the open sides like that would make my phone water proof again horrible service asked to speak to the owner today said he will be in tomorrow so will I

Horrible customer service and they are liars. I took my daughters phone there (6s) then after picking it up 3weeks later they switched her phone to a 6. All I have to say is FEAR ALLAH. You guys are SUPPOSE to be Muslim and all you do is tell lies and get over on people. Its sad what people do for greed. SMH!!! You got over on me by taking my phone and even charging me 35$ extra for a screen I didnt ask for, but its cool

The WORSE place to go.!!!! They are ALWAYS close & they NEVER answer the phone smh. If you are suppose to be open at 10:30 everyday why are you always closed.? I thought it was shut down for a minute. The service is pretty good whenever you can get through tho
