Date of visit- 3/20/16. Customer service by young girl Abby: Very poor customer service, lack of knowledge. Very rude, the representative thought it was more important to play on her phone and turn up the music while i was on the phone with customer care, then trying to find a solution to my problem. Was told that customer care would tell me the system was slow at the time. When "I" called them while i was in the store with this young girl. they walked me threw my problem, and also sovled it. I thought thats why they are paid by the hour. To fix peoples problems. Not play on their phone. recommend going to another location. Was at this location mutiple times and they were well. Just this last visit was terrible.
