I needed a new phone-- my old phone was glitchy and cracked and I went into this verizon store not sure exactly what I wanted. Tristan was such a great help! He showed me all of my options and encouraged me to take my time with my decision so that I wouldnt regret it or have to come in again and again for a different phone. I originally ordered a Google Pixel and it was being shipped to the store he recommended that I learn more about the phones I was considering before I came in to pick it up. When I got the call that it came in, I decided to go with another phone. He was very kind and patient while I hemmed and hawed about what phone to get. I ended up with an IPhone SE am very happy already. Tristan was awesome and I would greatly recommend this location and being helped by Tristan. There was never a wait and he was very honest and helpful. I will definitely be coming back here when I am in need of cellphone help.

This Verizon store had great customer service! Malik and Jay were extremely helpful! I needed to upgrade my phone to the iphone7 and they both walked me through the process for several hours. They were very professional and kind. Malik also offered to write down further instructions for me in case I needed to leave. He was so positive and I could tell he really cares about his customers! Thank you Malik and Jay for your service! :) You both are awesome!

This store was nothing but helpful. Malik Webb was not only extremely friendly , but knowledgeable and funny. He really helped us out with buying a new phone. I would highly recommend him and this store to all my friends and to anyone who wants excellent, hassle free service.

This store is the worst cell phone store Ive been in. First time I walked in I was ignored for 20 minutes, second time I was told they dont carry SIM cards. What kind of phone store doesnt carry SIM cards?

Suggested I go to the store in center city. Why even have a store if you cant help me with my phone? If I were to buy a phone, I would just buy it online. This store is a pointless waste of space.
