I consider myself a loyal Verizon customer; I like their products and services however, this negative review HAS to play a roll in this very bad experience I had over GoWireless retail store located in SOUTHAMPTON, PA. This is a communications company that is terrible at communicating to itself. I signed yet another contract with in hopes that they would try to do better. I found very quickly that the 16 GB devices I purchased (as promised) contain only 8GB. False advertisement at best. They did order a better phone hoping it will arrive prior to my 14 days return policy. When visited the store numerous times, I have been told there is no need to return the phone until the new one will arrive. When I walked into the store on the 14th day to return my device, they claimed my trial was actually expired yesterday! Very frustrating. Looks like I ended up with a brand new contact and a phone in which I don’t desire due to their lack of communication and customer service. I will never recommend this particular location to anyone! The gentleman is inexperience, full of promises and naïve. The young lady has 0 creativity as far as problem solving and does not engage with the customers what so ever. We need an adult in the room. Walked into Southampton gowireless today with many time consuming issues. The Verizon employee who helped me, Brandon, was extremely knowledgeable, patient and friendly. What I was the most impressed with was instead of throwing obstacles he offered and found ways to resolve all the issues that I requested his assistance for. Would highly recommend visiting this store and asking for Brandon.

I had a major problem that was quickly, kindly, and very professionally handled by Bo, way beyond expectations upon walking in the store. I really thought there was no way anyone could help. This particular store always provides excellent service to their customers. Im much more pleased with my experiences in this Verizon Wireless store than with any visit to an Apple Store.

the Staff was very helpful in getting me a phone when mine went dead while I was 4 hours away from home for work. Above and beyond barely covers how far Dave, and his crew went to make sure I had a working device when I left. If it wasnt for them I am unsure how I would have found my way around since my phone is my GPS. Thanks a MILLION!

Rob couldnt be more patient or helpful! Took the time to really explore in depth why I wanted an Iphone when I have been an android user. Just fabulous service. He was the only Verizon employee working on a Sunday afternoon and was patient and kind and let everyone waiting know he would take care of them as soon as he could. Thank you!!
