Do not go to this store!! All we needed was to get a new cell phone for my child. They told us we had to take a tablet as well because that is how the plan comes and it would be free. We were also told there would be no extra charges for the upgrade to my husband phone. It all turned out to be a ly. Our bill was more than twice then before. When I asked for clarification on the bill all they did was confuse me more. When my husband went back she refused to help him, I worked in customer service for over 20 years. This is not how you build relationships with customers.

If you are looking for outstanding customer service, this is the place to go. My wife and I were so impressed and can not say enough good things this store especially Walla and Patrick. Together, they were able to figure out and troubleshoot a technical problem that two Apple "geniuses" from the Apple Store and an Apple technician from online support were not able to do. I highly recommend this store.

I walked into the store knowING it was going to be horrible, but not only did I have an amazing experience I also realized how far these employees would go to help someone out. Danny drover an hour to grab a new phone for me. How awesome!? While he was gone Walaa and Pat made me still feel comfortable there while waiting for my new phone. I would 100% recommend this store! Great work!

Patrick and Walla are amazing. Their customer service is beyond aNY I have experienced and I come back all the time. I am not very technical and they sre so patient with me. Walla was amazing and both pat and walla stayed a long time after hours to help me. Pat went out to the car to help me set up Bluetooth. I will never go to another store because of the exceptional service

worst experience ever, they jacked my bill up to 300.00 by making me buy tablets and hot spots telling me it comes with free data for a single line phone bill. locked me into the contract the only way i got out of it was by calling verizon customer service and they had to deal with it and the store owner for business malpractice and fraud. NEVER GO HERE

walaa is the bomb I only come to the store because they have the best customer service you can imagine. I just got myself a phone and my ex-boyfriend a phone for cheap and shes awesome and she is fantastic shes the bomb and she also recommendrd some cases and some other stuff it was great experiwnce
