Im sorry, but the customer service at this store is awful. I have been here twice, left frustrated twice, and wont be returning. Visit 1 was when my wife wanted a new phone...waited nearly 90 minutes before an employee even acknowledged me. Visit 2 was a few days ago. Have been a Verizon customer for over a decade, wanted to switch from one device to another (that I obtained from a recently deceased relative) and was told I needed to pay $25 for a new SIM card. Turned out it wasnt at store and employee told me to go to the Clinton store. I did, a day later, where my existing SIM card was installed, at no charve, and I received an apology for my time being wasted in the washington store. And here I am posting a review from my new device with my old SIM card. Time wasted indeed.
