Unbelievable! My phone is completely dead. I walked into this store earlier today to see if I could purchase a new phone. I was told that there were four people in front of me and that I would be waiting about thirty to forty minutes. I waited. They always have a line and I wanted to look at the phones first anyway. Forty minutes later I was finally seen. Asked a few questions and told that they were having trouble accessing my account. Ten or so minutes later I was told that the system was down and that there was nothing that they could do. All of the AT&T stores in the area were affected. I was told that they would text my daughter( since my phone wasnt working) as soon as the system was up and that they would then set up an appointment. Nice. Helpful. Considerate even. About an hour later my daughter was texted that I should head in at 7pm, two hours later. Okay great! This will be great! Shouldnt take anytime at all right? I have an appointment right? I arrive at seven on the dot, with my husband and daughter in tow. Figured that I would see if she wanted to upgrade her phone at the same time. Everyone was busy with a customer. Okay. We waited. Time passed and someone asked for my name. I gave it to them and explained what had happed earlier that day. I was then told that out of all of the people that I saw working, most would be leaving as soon as they finished with the customers that they were currently helping. That would leave only one person who could help me and that would be in an hour or more! I explained that I had been given an appointment for 7pm and that I had been there at the start of the system troubles and, and, and..... The man told me that there was nothing that he could do. I am beyond furious! I was nice and patient, waiting the initial 40 minutes, knowing that that the store is always busy. Also, having a system go down is no one in the stores fault. But then to be told that I would be seen by someone at seven and then told that no that would not be happening and that I would have to wait an additional hour is crazy!

Not that they didnt have the product I wanted, but they have 2 people walking around and taking names to put in a queue for a representative..... a job that a kiosk could do..... and they provide no basic info such as if the device is in stock or anything.... they just take your name. Waited 30 minutes to get seen and the guy (in 30 seconds) checked me out (by which I dont mean the register), then walked in the back to tell me that it wasnt in stock. This was something I couldve been told 30 minutes ago instead of waiting for them to walk around and take their sweet time getting people taken care of (one customer was with them for 20 minutes talking about personal things.....) It was very disorganized. Even the Wifi signal wasnt working (the first AT&T store I ran into where this was the case). The store was packed with people because honestly, they were this disorganized and werent completing sales quickly enough. Most of the people who were ahead of me had questions that any other person couldve taken care of. I still dont understand why they need the person taking the names and putting them in queue. I couldve walked to a kiosk and entered that data faster. Absolutely horrible.

We arrived one evening looking for assistance. There was one person in the building and he was with another customer at the time. This isnt safe to begin with to have him working alone so close to closing. He told us that we would have to come back another time and that the register/computers shut down in 20 minutes. Sounded like BS but I was able to confirm that they do shut down after 9pm. He just told us to find another location. Anyone in sales should help the customer as much as possible while they are there! After all, we made the effort to come there. At least schedule another appointment... I returned the next day looking for Tiffany again, who helped me during a previous visit. She was not in but I could not come back later. A young guy with glasses helped me out and was very informative. I dont remember if it was Jack or Jason but he did great. All in all, staff up the store and train your team to handle overflow better. I noticed the same issue while I was there that next day. Consultant were not helpful to people unless they were working directly with them. And was there even a manager present?? Who knows.

Lies, Lies, Promises, Misinformation and No Follow Up. The Offer to buy Hundreds of Tablets and Phones was met with Total Lack of Professional Behavior. The buy was for my Non-Profit and its employees. With One Exception, this Unit is an Accident in Process........ and a Major Collision in Process. Frances is great, the rest.........I do not have the printable words. Calls to San Antonio, Texas are now in process.....I am certain they care, after I told them the DETAILS ! They were AGHAST ! It is embarrassing to watch young adults act this way and ever so sad. I am STILL WAITING for my Promised Credit Card for Transferring. Now five Months. I went to another AT & T store on Easton Road in Willow Grove ( not in the Mall ) and they laughed about the Mall Store with whom I had the Countless issues, knocked off ll of the silly add-ons that were added to my bill without permission. Looks like a Card will be finally sent to me. Like my Samsung 7 ,,,,,,,,,,DO NOT go to the Mall store.

This location is awful! My fiancé and I got new phones with them a couple months ago and everything they told us that day was complete bullshit. They havent followed through with anything they tell us. EVERY single month since we started with them the bill has been way higher than it was supposed to be. My fiancé has gone in there multiple times pissed off and asking for it to be fixed. They finally showed concern when he said he was going to cancel the service and switch to a different phone company. Its been at least 4 months and they still havent fixed the bill. The store manager finally called him last billing cycle and left a message saying everything was fixed and we get this months bill and nothing was fixed! Yet again we were way over charged.

not a good store if you are big on customer service. Not a good experience at this store. Questions were not answered Did not feel like they wanted my business Walked out and went to another location and ended up upgrading my plan and having a great expierence from when I walked into that store to carrying my bag to the door. That location was a great expierence. Was disappointed with this location and there customer service.

Extremely poor customer service from the "store manager" who look like a scared little boy rather than a manager of a customer service organization. This company has the most inflexible rules I could ever think of, and once they find out you cannot get a phone that second they have no time for you.
