I dont often write reviews. I do check reviews of everything though so I hope this helps someone else out in the future. Every time I enter this store, the employees seem miserable. It is much disorganized when it is busy and when it is not busy; the employees are not eager to help. In one particular instance, I needed to buy a new phone. I was asking the difference between the Galaxy II and Galaxy III and which one gets better reviews? The employee simply answered "check the reviews". Another time, the female employee wouldnt even look me in the eye. She looked past me the whole time speaking to me and when I needed a new cell phone case went in the back for at least 10+ minutes only to come out and say they didnt have any (my phone was older at the time, so it may have been possible they didnt have any, but the wait time was bizarre). I frequented this location because it is the closest to my house. I started talking to family and friends and they said they purposely do not come to this location because of the horrible customer service... I thought it was only me. My friend suggested going to the location at the Willow Grove mall and that is where I go now. Ive been 100 times happier with the service at the Willow Grove mall and dont ever plan on going back to the Abington location again.

Went to store, knowing what the reviewers of store had said. I have to say this reviews that are negative, had a bad experience...I had a very professional experience. From the first greeting to dealing with Reggie Kegler. I teach young adults to be professional at an Automotive school. The only negative I could find is the girl at the door with a tablet in her hand too worried about playing music on a phone on display, than getting customers signed in. 8-23-16 Around 12 pm. Management needs to teach the employee that the reason she gets paid is because of customers walking in the door and the first impression. Everyone else was very professional and I was very surprised of the visit I had. I will be going back in the future and recommending this location to friends and family. ANYONE who has had a bad experience at this location...TRY it again you will not be disappointed! We all have had bad experiences. Sometimes it takes time for change. Thanks Verizon for taking my money!

I purchased a new iPhone 7 at this store and thought everything was set up correctly. However, after I went home iCloud continuously prompted me to sign into my sisters account. My previous phone that I traded in used to belong to her, so, there were a few apps that were still linked to her account. I had told them while setting up my new phone in the store that this was the case and they did not have the foresight to delete these apps beforehand to avoid this problem. In reality this is a problem with Apple, but, they should be knowledgeable enough to avoid it in the first place. Also, they were really no help once I went back to the store to fix it. Once they have your money they are apathetic to any issues. Just buy your phone at the Apple Store.

I came with a friend with the intention get upgrading my phone and renewing my contract. After I saw how each customer was treating I am contemplating stopping my contract. The treated an elderly man as he was dirt on the street. He was ignored and told there wasnt enough seating for him to just stop talking till he was spoken to. I was then approached and told that the old man was crazy and they were waiting for him to leave. They then asked me why I didnt have fios after I told the gentleman I had switched and had terrible serious he began to explain that I didnt understand what dsl was. And had no clue what I was talking about. I will never return to this location. There was not one employee with an redeeming quality

Went in to see if they had any similar to TMobile family plan. Explained to the "greeter" what I was looking for, and he promptly brought me to another guy who put me on the waiting list for a sales rep. How long? Just one person ahead of you. Store did not seem to be very crowded. These two guys (actually a third, also) in Eagles jerseys had the job of standing around and doing - um - not sure. Spent 10 minutes looking at phones, no further interactions with the 2 - 3 guys busy doing - not sure what - finally walked out. Switched carriers after this little exercise in customer service.

I went into the store to upgrade my phone. From the minute I walked into the store, I had nothing but a wonderful experience! I was helped by Anthony who took the time to go over the different features of the 2 phones I was interested in. Im normally a very decisive person but for some reason I was having an issue. He even took the time to basically write up a pros and cons list between the 2 phones making things less confusing! Not sure why this store is getting such bad reviews. The store is clean, the music was great and the staff were super helpful, polite and respectful.

They lied to us to get a sale. The salesman kept saying "With the Edge plan you can upgrade and get a new phone every year". Here we are a year later trying to upgrade and we find out he put us in an 18-month edge program instead of the 12-month plan he pitched. We would have to pay an additional $175 each today to upgrade now. Even if we did upgrade, with the new Edge plan youll have to wait 24-months to upgrade again so theres no value in doing this Edge scam anymore because youll be stuck for 2 years either way.

I WENT TO THIS STORE TO UPGRADE MY PHONE. I FOUND THE STAFF TO BE RUDE AND NOT VERY HELPFUL. ALTHOUGH I UPGRADED MY PHONE IT WAS NOT A GOOD EXPERIENCE. TODAY I WENT IN WITH SOME QUESTIONS. THE PERSON WHO HELPED ME ACTED AS THOUGH MY QUESTIONS WERE STUPID AND SHE DID NOT REALLY DID NOT WANT TO ANSWER THEM. THE NEXT TIME I AM DUE FOR RENEWAL IT WILL BE WITH A DIFFERENT COMPANY ... HOPEFULLY WITH BETTER CUSTOMER SERVICE SKILLS.

Very irresponsible employees.... I called on 10/7 to see if they had a specific phone in stock which they said yes and the person even confirmed the address with me. Then I drove for an hour before they tell me they dont have it and deny saying that on the phone and they even made it sound like its my fault that O didnt remember the girls name who answered the phone. Super unprofessional including their manager on that date.

horrible service... me and my friend went into this store today to look at some phones to upgrade. However, when we walked in not one person said hi. We were in the store for 20 minutes and no one even approached us to help us. There were 4 employees that could have helped us. I am very disappointed, espacailly when verizon says they are number one in customer service.
