Unbelievably awful customer service. I went in to exchange defective wireless headphones and after an hour and 45 minutes, they finally conceded that they were defective. (They literally wouldnt even turn on). So the next step was that I was to receive a call later in the week to let me know when the replacements would be in stock. Well, two weeks later I still hadnt received any notice of what was going on. So I took the step to call and see if possibly the call just got lost somewhere. Well after being on hold for 20 minutes before even getting someone, they immediately told me that they couldnt look up any accounts so I was out of luck. They told me to call back in 15 minutes when the service was back up. I asked if they could call me back, since I have already been on hold multiple times and they were supposed to call me in the first place. The associate, told me that I would be 12th in line and I would probably get faster service if I called back. I tried to explain that I could call back, be on hold for an extended period of time, and still have the service be down, thereby wasting all of our time, so it would be better if he called me back. He then hung up on me. Fantastic. Is there a score less than zero I can give, because Ive been a Verizon customer for 11 years, and this might be the saddest I have ever been as a customer. Ill be looking to switch providers after this, the final straw from a company that obviously doesnt care about its customers.

If I could I would give zero stars because the staff at this Verizon store completely ruined my phone for the next 3 days. We came to the store to switch from one network provider to another. After they took our money they transferred the phone number and then checked if they can activate the phone. They couldnt activate the phone so they reset everything promising it is going to work. Ooops it didnt work! So now what? Call back to your old provider and try to save your phone number. When I called old provider they had to call Verizon who had no idea and would not work with us without the sim number or account number which they never told us about. Now, we are stuck without a phone number and without service. ...Never choose verizon!!!!!

A very bad experience with a customer service representative named Tee. She was extremely rude when I politely asked her to tell me approximate wait time: she did not listen to me and was almost shouting at me telling to wait, and overall looked very aggressive. Im a loyal customer and this was the first time I experienced such unacceptable customer service. I asked Tee to provide me with a customer feedback form and she ignored my request. I guess this is some information for Tees supervisors at the store located at Willow Grove Park Mall. Thank you.

I walked in with my wife and two kids. We wanted to switch from Sprint. A young man helped me. The review isnt about him. Just before we were ready to buy the phones. A woman appeared telling me I had to buy a bunch of accessories if I wanted to get the switching offer but then she would credit my account for the full value of them. It seemed like a scam. I asked for her card. She didnt have one. We left. I think her name was Allison.

I walked in the store with no customers waiting and all available salespersons. I asked the salesman about the difference between the Galaxy S4 &5 phones and he replied, "Well, Im not trying to say anything but if you START exercising the 5 has the heart monitor feature you could use for exercising." This was a terrible statement to make and it made me not want to buy anything from the store. I was so upset that I just left!

Had an amazing customer service experience with Brooke today. My brand new month old iPhone 7 was not functioning properly. Brooke performed a fix that she felt would work and when that did not work she offered to swap my phone for a brand new one, no charge, no hassle. Thanks Brooke!

Went in looking to buy a new phone and just stood around for a half hour without any of the employees even acknowledging my presence. Even a "Be with you in a minute" wouldve been appreciated, but they did nothing. Happy to take my business elsewhere.
