Stay away from this store!!! My phone broke while I was in the area. I went into this store and the lady looked up my account and said I was eligible for a new phone. Verizon used to give you a new phone but that is not not the case. I did not know this. She never told me the phone was going to cost me over $500 and it would be billed to me monthly until it was paid off. When I went to a "real" Verizon store I was told that the phone they "sold" me is a old model that they dont even carry anymore. I feel this was truly an act of fraud. I should have been told the cost of the phone and had the option to purchase the phone at the $500+ price tag. Please stay away at all costs!! Unless you want to get ripped off like I did

If could would give them -5 stars they are a rip off store went in to look at new phone and was told promotion going on on tablets and jetpacks so sounded real good deal so got them. now i find out their was no promotions going on they lied however the Beth that told and wrote down info is no longer their. Tiffany who is the store manger is worst than her will not even talk to me and says she cant help what Beth told me she is no longer their. i think they bring in people for short time and lie to everyone then send them somewhere else . DO NOT DEAL WITH THIS COMPANY AS THEY ARE A RIP OFF THEY ALL NEED TO BE FIRED

Sept. 16, 2016. Wifes iPhone 5 went for a swim...not recommended. We both had iPhone 5 models which were over 4 years old. We are visiting from Florida and were unsure where to seek help. Went to this store, no wait time, spoke with Geno LaRossa who was very knowledgeable, helpful, and thoroughly explained several options. Geno answered all of our questions, including pricing and payment options, set up our new phones (both iPhone 6s models) and called later to be sure we were happy and that the phones were working well. I recommend this store highly.

After having a not pleasant experience at Millsboro Verizon and was referred to the Georgetown one was extremely pleased with the help of Marcus Jefferson & Duvan Norzagaray they went above and beyond , very talented gentlemen HELPED me with open arms and was very polite and professional . I recommend everyone to see these two guys they are very great and will go above and beyond for every customer. They rock and deserve some Recognition and a raise!!!! Thank you guys you been a great help !!!!

Stopped into this store yesterday 5/27 to replace my phone, a Samsung Illusion, which Verizon does not offer on their website anymore. I have a no contract phone. The person who was helping me first tells me the phone would be 99.00 ( mind you I paid only 79.00 a year ago) then he tells me that if I want to keep my number that it would be 130.00. That may be so but the way it all went down I felt liked he was trying to get over on me.

My husband works with pools and dropped his phone in the water. It wouldnt let us charge it. The gentleman there (I wish I could remember his name) tried three different chargers and it didnt work. He then let us know we could go ahead and upgrade his phone we would just have to pay what wasnt already taken. He gave my husband options and explained all of them very well. We would definitely go back to this Verizon.
