VERY POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE. Rude employees. Andre LEFT ME at the counter to run out and talk to a girl passing by. His attitude toward me was very bad. I called Verizon customer service when I got home and they resolved my problem. I live in Cinnaminson and will NEVER return to this store. I will go someplace else or conduct my business online. Addendum - A few days after visiting this store, I found out that Andre was not truthful with the information he gave me. He said my phone was broken and couldnt be fixed. My phone just got fixed and is working perfectly. I am so glad I did not take his advise. He lied to me.

THANK YOU to ALL the Knowledgeable people at the Cinnamon, NJ/ Verizon Store. From the time of my Samsung cell purchase in Nov 2017, where the patience and kindness played a very big role (Im not that electronically smart) the people here, are the BEST!!! Not only did they make my purchase here a breeze but also explained slowly how to use my NEW phone. Since then I have stopped in a few times. Including today and within 1 min my problem (a widget?) was resolved. Bless you All !!! And wish that each and everyone of you receives a Huge raise..Thank you..

DO NOT SHOP HERE. SCAM ARTISTS. We were told there was a "code" that my wife would be able to submit to Verizon with her old phone that would cover the majority of the costs of the new phone. When we went in to return the phone they said the code was invalid. Meanwhile we are being charged 31 dollars per month for a phone we didnt even want. That is 744 dollars over a 2 year period. Store manager just makes excuses and lies every time we stop in person and never returns calls. We are contacting corporate headquarters to have problem resolved.

Absolutely the best phone store experience we have had. William T was our associate and he helped us with everything we needed. I am not tech savvy and was nervous about feeling embarrassed by my questions. I was met with complete compassion and gentle explanations. I felt comfortable and welcomed. All my questions were answered and he even reviewed our plan and helped us lower the cost of our bill. It was an complete blessing and I am very grateful for the help William T of the Cinnaminson GoWireless. Definitely recommend.

Worked with Will..he is incredibly knowledgeable, patient and professional. I needed to switch off Sprint due to calls constantly dropping from poor area coverage. So Verizon is the product I knew I wanted but it is the service that made me switch here. I stepped away from Best Buy and BJS for same product but not same service.. Check out Will and Luke for great service!

Sold me a $40 screen protector for my S8. Screen protector shattered from an 18" drop onto a plastic deck, meanwhile the phone was completely unscathed. Now I know why they tried to upsell me to "unlimited screen protector for a year" for double the cost. Employees in store were friendly, but this was a lousy, overpriced product.
