DO NOT GO HERE!!!!!! I shattered my iPhone 5 screen a few months ago and took it here to be repaired. I come to pick up my fixed phone, and THEY CRACKED THE NEW ONE WHILE PUTTING IT IN, and it was the last black screen they had til the next shipment and he still wanted to charge me full price. I convinced him to charge me half, and Id pay the other half when it was fixed correctly. Fast forward to now, a few months later, and I have been having some issues with my home button and battery, and now the Apple Store wont help me with ANYTHING on my phone because the screen is not an Apple product. They also told me that whoever put this screen in had NO IDEA WHAT THEY WERE DOING. Its under so much pressure that the top half of the screen is now about to pop out, and the person at the Apple store also said that the home button and camera werent even aligned properly. Now I have to get a new phone in order to fix my problems. SAVE YOURSELF FUTURE HASSLE AND JUST GO TO THE APPLE STORE FOR REPAIRS!!!!!

The charging port on my Samsung Galaxy S5 was broken. I called this place to see if they could repair it. They said they could repair it and gave me a quote. When I got there, two workers were behind the counter. One said he remembered me calling, and that he was the one I spoke to. The other one told me that they dont repair s5 charging ports. When I asked why I was told that they did repair that parts, the employees spoke to one another in a foreign language and then told me that the charging port was fine. They tried to convince me that my battery was bad. I can charge the battery in another phone, and I can wiggle a piece of the charging port with my fingernail. So, first they failed to give me the correct info on the phone and then they lied to me to avoid acknowledging that Id wasted my time by driving there. Avoid this place. Clearly, they arent all that concerned with customer service.

I took my aging iPad to the shop because my screen was shattered. $100. The repair that was done was not done well. It worked ok for what I use it for for less than a week. Then screen would lift up as if it was not glued properly down. Because of this, the LED behind it developed a line through it. Also now, it would not function correctly, such as, if you touch the bottom left of the screen it thought you were touching somewhere in the middle. This all happened within three weeks of the repair. I took it back to him and he would not repair it unless I gave him another hundred dollars. I obviously did not want the repair done again by someone that does bad work. I do not recommend this store.

Friendly, efficient and trustworthy - spent a half hour on my phone that couldnt be repaired and wouldnt accept anything for the effort - could have done a less than perfect repair and I probably would not have noticed the difference
