BUYER BEWARE!!!!!! If i could rate these crooks 0 stars i most definitely would, Had the absolute most horrible experience Ive ever had in any shop. I took my sons phone to have his screen replaced, & some guy by the name of Chris checked the phone and said its good to go and would be ready in 45 min. I returned 2 hours later, this crook then told me he had to change my backlight and it would be an additional $150. After googling what a backlight is i realized that not only is he a theif, hes a liar as well being there will be no point of changing the backlight if he would be installing a "new" screen. When i have asked him why he didnt call me to inform me about the price difference, he said he tried to buy my phone was off, my phone was on and i havent received a single missed call from him. When i refused to pay the additional charge he then started acting extremely disrespectful and rude, starting to shout that he will no be returning the phone until he gets paid in full. After an hour of going back and fourth with this crook and nearly tearing his head off, i paid a 65% restocking fee and he placed my old (Cracked) screen back on. To sum it up- i walked into imobile fixer with a broken phone, paid $176 and walked out with a broken phone. I HIGHLY ADVISE EVERYONE TO SHOP ELSEWHERE AND AVOID DEALING WITH THESE ANIMALS.

I brought my mother in law here to fix her cracked Iphone 6 plus. We were helped by a very snotty blond tall guy - Did not bother to get his name. When I called him on the phone earlier he said that the repair would cost $109. However when we got there he said that he would have to charge extra to fix the touch screen (???) BUT that we could have a discount if she liked the store on Facebook and submitted a Google review... I mean, what a beggar! Then he tried to upsell warranty. He was also very rude when I said that I would rather buy a legitimate case at the Apple store opposed to his cheap stuff. The phone was fixed in like 20 minutes and works fine. He obviously replaced with a cheaper version of what they sell at Apple and thats why his service is cheaper than the Apple. I could just buy the kit on Amazon and fix it myself... is not BRAIN SURGERY... I just thought my time wasnt worth it. There are TONS of little stores that do the same service for cheaper and a far better customer service. Look around. obs: here it is Snotty Blond Tall Guy. Here is your review. Obs2: remove my review? This is a legitimate review from a customer. I gave you one star due to your poor customer service.

I went into the store not really knowing what to expect and was immediately greeted with a big hello. The gentleman who assisted me listened to my issue without interrupting and asked good questions to make sure he understood what was happening as if he wouldnt sell me a battery unless I could prove I needed one. I really liked that because not once did I ever feel like I was getting ripped off or taken advantage of like I felt at the Apple store down the road. I will be sure to always come here first with any future mobile phone issues I or my family has in the future.

These guys are legit! Im glad I found them after getting a complete runaround at the Apple store. Not only did I have to wait for a 3 hour appointment with Apple, I came to find out that they were "unable" to fix my phone. I later came to the conclusion that they lied because when I came to iMobilefixer they fixed my phone in 15 minutes. Apple just tried to upsell me on the new iPhone 7, rather than trying to fix my current phone. Definitely coming back to these guys anytime I need a repair. They are quick and know what they are talking about.

Have to add they contacted me after my initial review and told me to bring back the phone for warranty work. As I said, really nice honest people!!! Really nice people there and thats why I gave an average rating. Took a phone in for a screen replacement. Got it back 7 hours later with bubbles in the new screen, front camera not working, and phone only works on a barely audible level no matter what settings. Good $100 lesson. Next time Ill read reviews first. Off to buy a new phone...

Not only are they friendly and knowledgeable, but they fix most issues while you wait for a very reasonable price. Ill never use another repair shop again. You will be very happy!

Great customer service! As soon as I walked in the door I was greeted immediately and asked what I need help with. My screen was cracked and able to be prepared in less then 15 minutes. You are in and out! I recommend this place to anyone who has a cracked screen, charging port, battery problem, speaker, etc.

If I could give them less than one star, I would. Chris broke my sons phone by using alcohol on it, while it was on. Electronic devices generally dont do well when you put liquids on them. Also, he was going to charge me $80 for a repair that I got for $60 elsewhere. Chris is a hack and a thief.
