I was hesitant to go here because of the bad reviews, but I couldnt beat it only being 2 miles from my home and not being a "premium retailer". Im so glad I ignored the other reviews. I went in with a broken phone that was beyond repair and Rob provided a couple different options. I ultimately decided to upgrade my phone early, and despite my transaction going well beyond the end of his shift, he was very patient and accommodating with myself and my family. Ive always recommended verizon, but now I recommend this store...and Rob!
