I came in a few months ago in a bad spot. 2 months before my upgrade eligibility my phone stoped working. I came to this location and talked to Renardo Perry. He bent over backwards to get me a great deal on a new phone. I got a G4 and I love it. Renardo is an iPhone guy but as a true professional he knew all about the different Android options and spent a solid hour making sure I was getting the best option for me. He checked in a week later to make sure we made the right choice. He has routinely contacted me for no other reason but to see if there was anything that I may have needed. I have had bad experiences with verizon customer support in the past at this location and was planning on leaving after my contract ended. Because of the service and support offered by Renardo, not only did I stay with verizon, I recently added my mother to my plan. He single handedly kept me as a Verizon wireless customer. By far the most honest, thourogh, friendly and professional rep I have ever encoutered. Thought he should be commended and recognized for his superior customer service.

I was in this store on mothers day to add 2 new lines to my policy. Both sales reps had no idea what the current offers were from Verizon. They were also complete con artists. I asked what fees were associated with getting the new lines. I was told a $35 dollar activation fee for each line from Verizon, OK that is understandable. its actually 30 dollars but that is an easy mistake to make. The next fee was the real kicker. They wanted to charge me a programming fee of $40.00 per line. I never heard of that before so i did a little investigating and called another store and Verizon wireless them self to confirm that this fee does not exist. The real red flag here was that they offered to wave one of the fees if i would purchase a hum for my car. So to recap this they were trying to hit me for 80 dollars in fees that dont exist plus taxes on them. I just find this so messed up that they are taking advantage of people like this. Needless to say at that point i stopped the transaction and walked out the door and took my business to a different Verizon wireless authorized dealer.

If it wasnt for Renardo Perry, we would have left Verizon as customers after the situation I had to deal with. My boyfriend was due for an upgrade but, due to a system glitch, they were unable to process the request/activate a new phone, even though this is but one line on a family plan of 7 people. It took about a month and a half for them to rectify the situation and, even then, it was not fully resolved as my boyfriend and I left the store without a copy of the contract in hand. It wasnt the time that bothered me as much as the blatant disregard for us as customers. We were never updated (not Renardos fault as no one ever updated him). I dont know how the higher ups couldnt figure out how to solve this problem But it was posed as if it was our fault and we were out of luck. Renardo was kind and I could tell he was frustrated too and trying to figure out a way to make us happy. I couldnt believe how we were treated for something we had nothing to do with.

My wife and I were searching for a new wireless provider when we met Renardo Perry at the Neshaminy Mall Verizon Wireless. We were hesitant to step a foot in the store because Verizon is known for its high prices, but Renardo coaxed us in and we could not have been happier about our decision. He answered the thousand questions my wife asked about the service and prices, managed to make the visit pleasant. Renardo checks up on us to make sure we are still comfortable with our decision and our devices. When FiOS becomes available we will make sure we go to Renardo to get that set up too. If you are looking for anything Verizon go to this location and ask for Renardo. He has the most pleasant personality to talk to.

My husband and I visited this store this week after a very bad experience with Metro PCS that prompted us to switch carriers. Zee Mughal was the sales representative helping us. He was VERY helpful - so kind and patient that I am writing this review (which I never do). He spent a long time getting my husbands phone set-up and troubleshooting the issues Metro could not help us with. My husband was sitting there with him for over an hour. Zee answered all of his questions and gave great recommendations. We will be coming back to switch my phone over in a few weeks. The worse experience ever. Rude treatment of the customers. This is my perception of the store. It may be just one salesperson, but what good can you say about a store that hires an employee like that - unprofessional and rude? Id love to specify his name - but no name tag, nor business card provided. He refused to tell his name also. Totally unappropriated behavior, despicable speech and gestures. Stay away from this store, take your business elsewhere!

I am so very pleased that I am verizon long time customer. Stopped into the store for information and I met Trey who is an amazing sales consultant also Renard and Kimberly . I totally recommend verizon, Trey and the GREAT Staff. Again, my husband and I are so lucky to be with VERIZON. I said I would never leave VERIZON. We are so happy with our new phones and tablet And most meeting Trey,Renard and Kimberly. Verizon is the best Thank you so much!

I needed a new phone in a hurry, Jarrod, gave me options, quickly let me know what had the best deals going based on what I was interested in and I was out of there in no time with exactly what I wanted. I was able to contact him directly and quickly with a follow up questions. Along the way he informed me about useful details of my plan and equipment that I wasnt aware. It was a great all-around experience.

I just purchased three cell phones at the Neshaminy Mall Verizon store from the Wireless Sales Consultant, Nikki. She was very cordial and helpful. There was no pressure to purchase anything not to my liking. And she also shared information to clarify any of my questions. My time at Verizon was very pleasant thanks to Nikki!

I had such a wonderful experience at the store visit today! Rudy was very helpful teaching me how to use my new smartphone and also getting me up with a HUM for free , not only did I walk out with a new phone but Im going to be saving money on my car insurance as well , great store with even better employees!
