This is the most unhelpful AT&T branch I have ever visited. I went hoping to help my mother with her malfunctioning Iphone and after one look (seeing the Itunes and cord screen) they said I have to contact apple and that there was nothing they could do. A week later I visit another store and the tech preformed a simple reset. Either the technicians wanted us out of their store or they are grossly uneducated. Imagine your elderly mother on vacation without a way to contact you in an emergency... You want a retailer who will at least pretend to care and offer some solution. Just awful...

Because of these guys helping me sort out issues with my account, being professional, helpful, knowledgeable, and keeping my business private, I decided to stay with my carrier. If it had not been for their help and expertise, I would have gone with another carrier. Because of unfortunate and unavoidable circumstances on my account I was ready to let At&t go, but they helped me figure everything out and put my mind at ease. Thanks gentleman!

The staff is great, the service is great and I wish more ppl would use this store. The rep told me today that more and more are "learning" theyre there....sad. great business! Ive been their customer for 4 yrs and will continue!
