I walked in and waited for about 20 minutes. I made eye contact with every single worker there and I still never got greeted by any one of them. A few people walked in after me and were greeted. Sure, I sometimes get mistaken for being a teenager when Im almost 30, but I cant help but feel like your workers were judging me by my looks and maturity. Do you think I walked in to chill out and see whats up? Well, I decided to interrupt a conversation in hopes that one of the workers could answer my question. Instead, they put me on a waiting list instead of giving me feedback on my situation. It then took about 1 1/2 hours for them to get to me just so they can say that they cant help me. I spent almost 2 hours waiting here for a 1 minute chat. Next time, please LISTEN to your customers the first time around, instead of making them wait. Or if the wait was going to be THAT long, please let the customer know. Needless to say, my phone plan was up, so I switched to Verizon Wireless. I recommend the Verizon Wireless in Moorestown Mall. The guys there are fast and very knowledgeable.

Always willing to make you wait. Associates prioritize customers according to their potential to make money, NOT according to the customers needs. A two minute transaction could take forty minutes because the single person in front of you has a new line of service with four premium phone sales and multiple insurance add-ons and extra secondary accessories. Long waits and blatantly rude associates have plague this location for years.

Worst service Ive ever experienced...I cant speak on everyone that works there but the fat lesbian lady that was taking care of me was just plain rude, unprofessional,and had poor customer service experience...instead of me telling her what I wanted she was trying to tell me what I wanted and what I needed,like for real...FOH...if you gotta go here,try to avoid her...youve been warned...
