I could not be happier than I am with my experience with this business. I was having a problem with a fairly expensive lighted shaving mirror namely that the light would no longer light. I installed the replacement bulb myself but it still would not work. I contacted the manufacturer who emailed that it was a failed ballast causing the problem but they did not offer repair service, but how about 40% off on a new one which would have still cost me about $80. I identified the ballast inside the base of the mirror and called Batteries Plus Bulbs. They told me that they could order the ballast for $16.02 which I decided to do. Heres the best part: They were actually nice enough to install the ballast without charge and I had my mirror returned to me in working order in a few days. As I said to the the polite and knowledgeable young gentlemen who handed the mirror back to me: "I could not be happier with my experience here" and that was the absolute truth, and if I could give them six stars, I would.

I thought this was just a store for batteries and bulbs. Its more than that!!! I had to buy a bigger battery for my Kia Soul. I called the store to make sure they had it in stock. Yes they did and they saved me money by telling me to buy it on line with their 10% discount. Then I go to pick it up at the store and the saleswoman offers to put it in my car for me! She installed the battery in the pouring rain! She did a wonderful job and I am eternally grateful that she took that extra step to help me. Employees like her, need to be acknowledged!!!! Thank you so much!

Cracked my iPhone 6 screen in the driveway and took it here to get it fixed after searching around. Staff was very helpful and got my screen replaced perfectly and looking practically brand new! They told me about 45 minutes to replace it and they called after 30. Trust me, it will cost around $100 if thats all you have done, but its worth it to repair a phone that cost 6-8 times that. Will definitely use them again and I recommend it if you have a cracked screen!

Amazing service; very fast and efficient. I cracked my entire IPhone 6 screen and needed it replaced immediately. Staff was very friendly and within 45 minutes, the entire screen was as good as new and had no previous signs of being damaged. They also ran a thorough scan to make sure nothing else was damaged because of the fall (camera, flashlight, microphone, Touch ID, etc). Highly reccomend this place if you ever need a repair!

Had a great experience at this store, Ed the manager went above and beyond. He spent a hour in bright sun and 90 degrees making sure that he got the battery I purchased installed right. Surprised on what this store carries, never seen so many different batteries in one place. It was like going back in time to when service ment some thing. Thank you Ed!

This was my first purchase from Batteries Plus Bulbs, however it will definitely not be my last. The item I ordered did not come in so they upgraded to the next item and charged me the price of the item I originally ordered. You have a customer for life now.

good fast service. friendly associates. Only complaint was a minor one with the motorcycle battery. You could only only connect wires to the top or side, not both, other than that the battery was very affordable.

The store staff were very nice. Unfortunately the new Duracell batteries do not hold a charge as long as the OEM batteries in our Kyocera Torque XTs so I will probably not purchase them again.
