I have known John Bond since he was at Echelon Mall when I got a phone from the AT&T booth there. He has always been very helpful and professional and I always feel so comfortable with him to where I can ask any silly questions that I may have. When AT&T first left Echelon Mall, I was disappointed because I thought I lost my favorite salesperson. But then I noticed the store on the White Horse Pike in Somerdale and said I wonder is that where John moved to. To my surprise yes, it was. I purchased a Iphone 4 and John has helped me every step of the way. He has taught me so much about the Iphone and answered all of my questions. I always tell people about John and his friendly, courteous and professional services. He always go out of his way to make sure you have want you need and want, or he will try and find it for you. I am happy to be with AT&T because of people like John on your team. My daughters phone is due for an upgrade in June and of course, you know where I am going to get her phone. Please value your good and hardworker John, he really is a good guy and it is defintely hard to find good help. And his team at the Somerdale store.

I have been a customer at the Somerdale AT&T since its opening and was greeted and helped right away by JD. I have never met such a great sales consultant in any transaction Ive ever had, he was straightforward and very knowledgeable about all of the components in the store. He has a smile every time I see him, and has helped me numerous times, especially difficult ones. I am very impressed with this stores operations, and know that you treat your employees well. I aspire to have a job like that, because good management and treatment of staff always has its own reward. I reccomend JD as a Sales Consultant to anyone looking for a cellular phone or any part involved, down to the plans and details of service. I hope JD is eligible for a raise, because after my phone got stolen three times, he has always made me feel better when I left the store. My next purchase will be a case for my Infuse, hopefully he will get a commission:)

Decided we were done with T-mobile after 10 years and stopped at this AT&T store on a whim to get set up with new phones and services. We were greeting by Marcus El and after about 20 minutes of talking, I realized he was our customer service rep quite a few times before at T-Mobile. We were thrilled because we knew there wouldnt be any problems or hassles and we walked out of that store very very happy. He worked out every kink so that we were set up with everything we needed. Marcus is the man and can help any service, product or network questions you have. He goes above and beyond and made the whole transition so easy and pleasant. We were so happy to have magically found him again!!!

Just wanted to write a quick review, to mention the wonderful service I received on 9-26 from Cheyanne Garcia. I came in to the store at lunch time to order a new phone, and all of the on duty reps were helping customers. Cheyanne happen to be in the store on her day off, and jumped right in to help me, not only that she made sure it was OK with me to be assisted by her even though she was not in company uniform! Its great to see someone going out of their way to assist a customer even when they were not on duty! I know I will return anytime I need service on my ATT account. Ive had bad experiences with phone companies authorized retailers but recently I went to AT&Ts retailer in Somerdale NJ and had a really good experience. I was helped by Lindsey A. and she was VERY knowledgeable. She answered any questions I had and relentlessly tried to help fix my phone which was restarting for no reason. She helped me pick the phone that best fit my needs to upgrade to. Definitely Give her 5 stars!!! Ask for her if you ever need help with anything at this store! Thank you Lindsey A!

When my husbands phone stopped reading the SIM card 2 days before the new iPhone came out we stopped at our local somerdale AT&T. I had a cranky husband and need for a phone that night. In the 8 years I have been a customer with AT&T I have never received such wonderful customer service. Joe the manager at this location was fabulous! He was able to direct us to a solution - making my husband happy and me wife of the week. Will def be buying all products from this store as long as Joe is there!

I recently upgraded my phone at the Somerdale location with Lindsey A who was more than extremely helpful! I was contemplating straying from the iphone with hesitation and she made the transition more than comfortable for me! I made the switch to an android device and have not been happier. She took the time to show me how to use it, personalize it and I am in love with my new phone. Lindsey was awesome!! And I will def be going back to her for any more of my AT&T needs :)

Went to the store looking for a new Blackberry and talked to Damien who gave me some great advice and even showed me how to pair it with the BB tablet. I just want to thank him and Cheyanne for helping me get connected with AT&T. They were not too push and made sure I was shown all the different BBs for me to decide in. Also made sure that I knew about the company discount for my bill. I will send my co workers and friends to the store. Thank you so much.

You wont be disappointed at this store! Manager John and the crew are so knowledgeable and friendly. John always goes above and beyond every time we have a problem, question or when we upgrade. He always checks our account to make sure we have the best plan for us and is very patient when we dont understand the way something works. It is rare to find such a great store with invaluable employees. Hope AT&T gives them a well deserved Christmas bonus!

I was extremely happy with the service I received at the Somerdale store. Steven Karen and Trish were so helpful and assisted me a nonsavy iPhone user over and above what they needed to do. Steven especially was so patient and helpful in getting information set up for transfer to my new phone. I will now be a steady customer of this store.
