Aside from the sales associate yawning for more than half the time, he was very rude. First he started with asking me in a very rude sarcastic voice "Youre getting a phone for you daughter?!" Not that it was any of his business, but my ex husband does not communicate with me so I have to rely on my children to communicate with me if there are any questions or concerns. Then once he got me 4 phones out to show I asked him if there were any other plans that could knock a few bucks off. He then turned to my friend and asked her "Why is she being so cheap?" Keep in mind theres other people in the store. My friend, completely fed up by how rude hes been, informed him that my house was going up for auction the following day and in the chances it doesnt go well that I needed to make a few budget cuts. Once again, none of his business. I had been with Verizon for over ten years and because of this humiliating service, I switched to boost. By the way, Boost had me in and out of their store with an amazing plan and excellent phone. Once this gentlemen reads this he will know exactly who he is and I hope he feels just as embarrassed as I did that day.

This store is awful. I have a premium contract for screen cover replacement and this store refused to honor it. They also did not want to accept cash (they dont make change )and I was forced to find the exact amount of cash needed to make a purchase (which the salesman put in his pocket when I handed it to him). I bought my phone and my tablet here - should have known from that nightmare experience not to come back here. All they want to do is upsell, fast talk and get rid of you. Dont expect any follow up info after you buy the phone. And for heavens sake do not ask to buy anything with cash!

I walked in to pay a bill, and was upset my phone had such a terrible battery life, so the salesman not only took care of my bill pay but also informed me I could upgrade my phones early and he really did an outstanding job. Jeff really went above and beyond and took the time to show us how to use our new devices and wasnt pushy at all. Its nice to see such a nice young man go the extra mile and make sure I was comfortable with my new phones. I will definitely only be coming to this store when I need anything from Verizon! If I could give him more than five stars I would!

bought a new phone from this store a couple weeks ago and dealt with Paul Porter. Couldnt have asked for a better salesman to work with. extremely knowledgeable and even more helpful and personable. didnt just jam a phone down my throat, instead asked me questions about my job, family, what I do for fun, etc. Paul wound up suggesting an LG phone and I didnt even think about questioning his suggestion. he has followed up with me making sure the phone was a good fit and it certainly was. will absolutely recommend friends and family!

Derrick Jones is super awesome. He went above and beyond to help my wife and I. He stayed late to help us. He was very patient with us as we are not tech savvy. He has a great manner, very approachable and friendly. He knew what we wanted and what was in our price range. Derrick is excellent at what he does. He is an asset for your company because he is the reason I am with Verizon. I will come back to deal with him . He epitomizes customer service.

I went to East Gate Cellular Sales to inquire about an IPhone 6. The salesperson, Derrick Jones was extremely patient with me and provided excellent customer service. I would also like to give another salesperson some recognition, Dan Paek helped me set up my new phone and taught me all of the features of the IPhone 6. I want to thank these guys for providing me with great customer service. Thank you again Verizon.

Dont go here not a real Verizon store! Someone I know bought a phone on there and called verizon to make an insurance claim, to find out that you have to buy it from the store because you bought the phone from them not verizon. Theyre apparently an independent store with Verizons logo slapped on. Scammers!
