I can "not" get a straight or even the same answer out of sales associates. They keep telling me about great customer service, but I always leave frustrated without getting anything done. I was actually told that i can pay the same and get the same things accomplished at "any" Verizon dealer by the salesperson. I called and ask to speak to the owner or someone who did not have to ask some else to get an answer. That got me the same and some different answers. He did say they will dial *622 for me and activate my phone for me if i buy it there. As a loyal 20+ (yes i had a bag phone) customer i was hoping for a little help......4 hrs later i dont think i will be going to their store anymore due to todays and previous misinformation that has got me trapped in a web $. Dont use this Verizon store. Use the one down in Rehoboth instead. Not only are the waits ridiculously long, but I bought a dashboard mount that did not fit my car, and even though the original sales person told me I could return it if there was a problem, when I tried to do so, they would only return it for store credit. Not even an appeal to the district manager would solve that problem. I have been a Verizon customer for a long time and do not appreciate such poor service.

Atlantic Cellular is definitely loosing its reputation for quality technical competence. My last frustrating experience occurred today July 1, 2015, where I asked a question about activating an Apple iPad on the Verizon network and got a totally incorrect answer. Unfortunately, this is not my first bad experience with receiving this level of poor technical assistance. Even though it may be a pain I think I am going to start using the Verizon store in Dover.

check your monthly bill/plan when you leave!!!! They told me my bill would be less but my next monthly bill was $30 more. They added a $10 insurance plan to my account without my permission!!! they also added a $20 upgrade fee when I did not upgrade my phone! I contacted Verizon wireless and they removed the charges and said that this is unfortunately common. I will never go back to Atlantic Cellular and will be driving to Salisbury to the REAL Verizon store.

Absolutely the worst Verizon Store and personnel ever! Owner, Alan Layman, and his floor boys are rude.unknowledgeable, unhelpful and greedy. Experience from Hell. If you want service, knowledge, courtesy - try We R Wireless in Rehoboth Beach. Mr. Moldovan, store manager, was courteous, knowledgeable, helpful and did not charge a dime for a service Atlantic Cellular wanted $50 to perform. True Story!

I came into the store to get a new phone. Bernard was my sales person. His knowledge and professionalism were amazing. I ended up leaving with a new smartphone, tablet and accessories. I would recommend this store and Bernard to anybody looking for a new phone.

Service is awful. No one greets you. They just say we will get to you. I went there. Knew exactly what I wanted to purchase. An hour later they hadnt even acknowledged I was in the store. I walked out.
