Al was amazing from start to finish. We came in late on a thursday to look at the new Google phone and werent able to find one. Al who was currently working with another customer on upgrading their phone was able to quickly asses the situation and even allowed us to play around with his personal Google Pixel since there wasnt one on display yet. Two days later we returned to purchase our new phones and were pleasantly greeted by Al who helped us transfer over everything and explained the trade in process. Top notch service here and a genuninly great guy running the store. Highly recommend the store and will be retuning for future verizon needs.

I went to the Old City Verizon Wireless store in a panic as my much-loved Note 4 had very suddenly begun to force me to swipe through ads, military time settings, and other peculiar things that had not been there the day before. Feliciano Velasquez not only calmed me down with his relaxed-yet-professionally-chill manner, identified and fixed what he thought the problem was, and suggested a good anti-virus app, but also helped me out with all of my upcoming upgrade/billing/option questions. He is terrific and I will be going back there very soon for all my next purchases--I hope I have the pleasure of dealing with him again.

Great experience with Verizon in Old City today! I came in to buy a pair of headphones and am walking out with a new phone and case (including the headphones I originally came in to buy) and have ended up saving money. I was out of space on my old phone to the point that I was deleting an app each time I wanted a new one, but I thought I had to wait until June to upgrade my phone. Al and Aaron walked me through my options on saving money today and later, and being able to get this new phone earlier than expected has made my week. Will definitely be back to this location for any of my phone needs!

This was by far my best Verizon Wireless store experience! I went in there because I was having issues with my current phone and knew that I was eligible for an upgrade. Matt took the time to review different options with me for both my phone and my plan. I walked out of there with a new phone AND Im paying less per month!! Customer service couldnt have been any better...you could tell that everybody working there really cared about the customers. Definitely taking my mom back so that I can upgrade her phone!

I went in this store on a Sunday after brunch, because I was desperately in need of an upgrade. Dave and Tim were so helpful and made the process as easy as possible. I told them I did not plan on getting phone that day because I was in a rush. There was no pressure whatsoever and they both gave me the information I needed. I ended up pulling the trigger and was out of there in no time, but was sure that I got the best service possible. I will definitely be going back in the future.

I have never given a review on Google, yelp or anywhere else. But I had such a great experience getting help from Alpen Dave that I had to make a comment. Store is brand new and all of the sales reps are knowledge and accomidating. I know very little about tech and they were patient, explained things to me and gave me a great deal. They focus on giving you their honest opinion as opposed to selling you the most expensive thing they can. There is a reason this place gets 5 starts

Al is without a doubt THE nicest guy!! I was looking to switch to Verizon and Im so glad that I came to this store. He sincerely cares about the customers and will go out of his way to help. It definitely was the BEST experience Ive ever had anywhere. When I was waiting at the store, there were other customers came in, and you can clearly see that he has extremely good relationships with them. 10/10 recommend this store!!

Went in late on a Monday looking for a new contract. The salesman Matt Border helpfully explained all the different options and phones available to me. I arrived close to closing time that day and he stayed after hours to make sure I understood all my options and what plan would be best for me. Ended up with a great new phone and data plan that suits my needs perfectly. And the Lifeproof case which is amazing as well.

Aaron could not have been more accommodating! I came in with a phone that was not working and despite being just before closing, he was able to present me with different solutions as well as a phone that I could take home that night while awaiting my replacement phone. I truly appreciated his assistance especially considering how close to closing it was. I never felt rushed and he was truly professional.

My Experience was amazing I met with a retailer by the name of Feliz he helped me find the right phone and he also took his time explaining everything to me so I understood. He was polite and very down to earth and also the other guy that was on shift helped as well and was very kind. I have mentioned Verizon to friends of mine and they will be switching over. Stopped in a few days ago after my old iPhone 4 was not holding a charge - of course had to upgrade to the iPhone 6s. Everyone made it very seamless & easy. I did try to get ahold of the store later in the day with a question & no answer, left a message too & no response. I eventually solved my problem, but I hope they can get someone to answer the phone!

Al was nicest guy in the world! The service is super peronalized to fit you and you. Al walked me through which phone I should get. Took the time to explain to me my bill and the options I have with Verizon. I was scared to make the jump with Verizon as I have been a AT&T but I felt at home with Al guiding me. Thank you!

First my phone stopped making outgoing calls. "Come get a new SIM card," they said. So I show up after work. Theyre closed, even though their hours online and their customer service representative over the phone both said theyd be open. Not even a sign left on the window. What a waste of my time and money...
