I think Steven helped us. He was extremely rude to my mother and I. I came in to have my phone fixed (not knowing they didnt fix screens) and he was very dismissive to help us in any way. He basically laughed in our face and said he couldnt help us. He wasnt helpful at all with telling me that I had warranty. I was going to buy a case from them but I left because I didnt want to do any business with them. Hes suppose to be a salesman, not make me feel like a complete idiot. I will never go there again

I went into this store on November 27, 2016 at approximately 1:15 pm to ask a quick question about my contract. The man sitting behind the counter fell asleep at least four times as I was giving him my phone number (while he was typing). After the fourth time, I told him I would come back another time, and he quickly agreed. This was absolutely unprofessional and I have never experienced customer service like that anywhere.

Awesome place ! The new management is 100 times better than the last . Helped me out with my billing issues and also got me into a better phone . Transferred all my and stuff and gave me 100$ worth of free accessories. Thx Eric .
