I purchased a jet pack wireless data device from this store and it was just a nightmare. I gave them my address and had them check my area for signal and they said yea no problem theres 4G in the area so I said ok lets do it. I purchased the jetpack which came with a free 7" touchscreen at the time. I get home and realize my area does not get $G which is a big problem since I wanted to use the device at home. I gave it 14 and couldnt do it anymore so I went back to the store and returned the equipment on time so they waived the early termination fees. 10 months down the line I check my credit score and realize there is a derogatory mark from VERIZON stating I owe $521 dollars. I call and come to find out that the store stated I never returned the equipment, although I had all the paperwork stating I returned it, and sent it in to collections. At this point I have not received a bill or anything in the mail regarding the supposive collection. I then call and find out that yes I did indeed return the equipment but now there are 2 activation charges and a prorated balance on the account for the 14 days I have the devices for. Verizon is just a rip off I was never able to use the devices since I did not have enough signal on them. Be careful when using verizon and please check everything before you pay them anything because I am sure they would have taken the $521 knowing I had returned the equipment.

I was at the store over the weekend and wanted to let everyone know about my experience with the staff. If your looking to purchase a phone or accessories ask for Larry or Justin. There knowledgeable and friendly and not pushy like some sales representatives that I have dealt with in the past. I highly recommended this store to anyone looking for a new phone or accesories as well as contacting them with any issues you might need fixed on your phone.

Its simple....I live 1 mile from Palmer Mall, Pa where there is a Verizon kiosk. Service I received there was just satisfactory. I will drive extra miles into NJ to the Phillipsburg Mall to have Justins customer service and assistance with all my Verizon phone issues! Its coincidental that I sought the services from this Verizon store. But obviously, good things happen for a reason. Check Justin out! He wont disappoint. "M"

The men who work in Verizon in the Phillipsburg Mall are assholes and its the worst experience Ive ever had. They harassed me and my boyfriend just because we wanted to switch to at&t. It took us atleast 10 minutes to get my boyfriends account number which should have taken 2 minutes because they didnt want us to leave. I will never go there again.

I am an older lady , 80 years of age and today at the verizon store in the phillipsburg mall i was greeted by a very patient and understanding employee named Justin redfield. He was extremely helpful with transferring information I needed. If you need help I would definitely reccomend him.
