Poor service! I placed an order online yesterday for same day pick up at the Montgomery mall, PA. I got an email that my order was cancelled without any reason! I am very disappointed with jcpenneys online service and i am sorry to say but i would never recommend it to anyone

Lots of clearance options! Store felt a little unorganized but they offer a lot of great deals! Mens section left me wanting a little more. Did not seem to be very busy during my visit.
