I dont like the fact that I spend my money support this store had to to get alterations they took my number but didnt call when its done was told by the person who did the alteration they dont do calls ask speak to the manager she was the most ignorant one said I dont want sound smug but think if you spent hundreds of dollars you come get your stuff said they take numbers for many reasons if a spot on it or material is damage hmmmm as a manager she should apologized and try please your customers so they come back but no she didnt so Ill never shop there again they just have people clothes sitting there said people be leaving them for long time what kind of business is this I controlled myself and just left want to be ignorant to but Im growing up lol I heard what she was saying but clearly she dont need to be a manager cause a good manager would try keep business coming back

I have been shopping at this store for 10 plus years. Today I went in the store at about 6pm. There was a gentleman that helped me out with picking out three suits. His attitude was superb! The tailor was very nice also. But when I got to the registers, there was a girl that had the most tasteless attitude!! Its too much to explain here but know that tomorrow morning, my wife nd I will be having a talk with her GENERAL manager. In fact the whole front end staff was horrendous!!

I needed a suit to wear to a wedding. I walked to the mens area. And there was an assistant who asked if I needed help. In no time flat. There were three suits coordinated with the shirt, tie, shoes, socks and the belt. All of them were awesome. I didnt know which one to choose. I bought all three. I couldnt say more about the excellent customer service I received. The knowledge of the associate with bringing me up to date with the current style. Her name is Sonia.

Ive shopped at this store for several yrs and have actually prefered this location above others but my most recent visit has really disturb me. Service was extremely slow and workers seemed unconcerned with my time and my issue. I will be returning to file a complaint with the manager.

Their purses and costume jewelry are really good quality, trendy, and modern. They sell name brand perfume/body sprays as standalone or as a gift set. The womens shoes selection is small but i found really cute gold snake pattern sandals that ive gotten so many compliments on.
