Made a purchase using cash 30.00 and credit card 32.00 and went to return 1 Item for 10.99 and asked to have it back in cash and was told I could not have my money back that it had to go on my card. Then because I was upset the clerk and the manager became nasty. When I asked for the phone number to corporate she said 1800 something rossi I said so you dont know what the numbers are I have to figure it out she said yep. Of course the corporate office was closed because it was Sunday. Will see what happens when I call Monday.

This Ross was amazing when the store first opened, I would go every week and come out with a quality item. However, I dont think Ive purchased anything the last 10 times ive come to this location, and the prices are being raised drastically in the mens section. The only decent time to shop here now is around Christmas time when they restock with decent items. Please go back to what you were doing when the store first opened!

Ross is one of my favorite places to buy clothes. They have a great variety. You can sometimes fine some great brands for fantastic prices but this type of store can be hit or miss. Of all the Ross stores Ive been to, this one could have a little more variety and the customer service is average.

Limited variety of items to purchase. Every department has low quality trends. The shoes, handbags & home sections were untidy & the jewelry was simply thrown into the jewelry display cases without any thought or care. I GOTTA GO TO ROSS
