I have been a loyal customer at Lord and Taylor for a long time, but I will stop shopping here from now on because of the customer service that I experienced at this location. I stopped by this location to take a look at clothes, and when I was wandering around at Ralph and Lauren section, one of the employees told my mom to fold the shirt back after done with it. My mom did not understand what she said as she doesnt speak or understand English clearly. The lady that working there disrespectfully laughed at my mom with another customer. I was so angry that I took the shirt from my mom and fold it back and just walked away. At the decent shopping center like Lord and Taylor, I cannot believe that they actually hire this type of character to represent their store.

I love this Lord & Taylor store. They have everything. But most important, Im consistently impressed with their customer service. Every sales associate is very nice and helpful. Ive had to return things a few times and even without a receipt they have given me a refund or exchanged my item for something else. This is one of the few stores that does this. The sales, especially on clothing, are amazing. There is something for everyone here. I strongly recommend this store.

Not enough ppl on the floor, had to get a cosmetic sales rep to find someone to check out in purse area. Went to estau lauder to purchase 05 deep and all the makeup was old, per the sales rep on bobby brown, which offered to tell me she was a former employee of estau lauder, said the makeup was 5 YEARS OLD AND NO GOOD. She then said, I am not doing there job, let them damage it out whenever they show up.

Mixed emotions about this store because the customer service definitely needs improvement. There are great sales reps who are very nice but then you have a few who display an attitude like they dont want to help you let alone be there. I have had better experience with the KofP store regarding the professionalism and friendly employees.

I had never been to a Lord & Taylor before, but in my mind I was expecting more. The selection was decent, but the prices too high for me to buy anything. I would put my experience below a trip to Macys, but above a trip to Sears or KMart.

Insecure shopping center. I went to this store for shopping. My iPhone stolen from the perfumes counter table!!!! I asked them for help but they refused to do anything and said we cannot help and cannot check cameras?!

Coupons always questionable when shopping here. Not good on carrying average shoe sizes 8-8.5 med. Kof P store may have better Manager and Customer service people. Cosmetic counter lady very nice and formative.
