Will probably never go to a DSW store again especially the Monroeville location. I was the only black person in the store and was constantly being followed by the clerks in the store; there were about 20+ people there. Only the one black clerk in the store was helpful and asked me was I signed up for discounts. I have gone to the Robinson Twp location no issues. I feel if management tolerate this I ban all stores. If you dont like my color you dont need my money either.

Its alright. The employees are nice enough. The prices are high, most of times you can find the exact shoes on Amazon for cheaper.
